To be honest, I need to mention that the Brisbane version is also the one Mocik suggested earlier on, so it has to be a good one. It just does nothing to me.

Bear with me because I am catching up, but am I to understand that Myra likes an Albany version of "Gone" better than Brisbane? If that's the case then which is better: Albany vs. Brisbane?

We could look at a different "Marker" if need be.

Just stolen some time to listen to these - and I would definitely say Antwerp! - really great performance, that ticks a lot of our other boxes re vocals etc

Although I'm trying really hard not to keep agreeing with Myra, I have to say that I prefer the Albany 'Gone' as well.

Well, there are many great versions of Gone from that tour and differences are slight in most cases.
Albany is definately a great one
The version from Cincinnati 6/24 is one of my favourites as well. I thought it was similar to the Albany one, but the line 'and the answers far' is sung higher which I like better (is that weird?).

Marker from Paris 9-11-06 is killer if you need to replace it to make room for the Albany version of Gone.

Version 1 coming in the next 30 minutes. The only problem I see is with the transition and beginning ("Big Wave" -> "Gone") of our new "Gone". I love the new "Gone, but you guys will see what I am talking about after you give Version 1 a listen. "Gone may be "Gone" before we even begin. :?

I may have jumped the gun a little bit concerning "Gone", it doesn't sound as bad as I initially thought it would. Give the transition a good listen and let me know what you think.
