  • I'm a bit conflicted about Under You. It seems kinda weird to, first, write a catchy song about something so sad and personal, and second, to release it as a single? I don't know. Maybe it's cathartic.

No judgment at all. People grieve how they grieve. I'm just surprised by the personal-trauma-turned-pop-single angle.

On one listen the new one seems catchy and likeable. Trying not to over-listen. Don’t think I’ve listened to the first single actually other than the iTunes preview.

He is an absolute monster. Sting loves him. An easygoing personable guy who can play anything and has a huge presence when needed-it wouldn't sound like the Foos without a massive drum sound.

Watch Josh play Letting You with NIN on YouTube. Amazing. 32nd notes FFS.

Wish I had tickets to see the Foo this year, Freese is a real treat to see live.

A Perfect Circle was never the same after he left… he brings so much to the table.

This was my exact thought while watching it too. Taylor was the man, however there was just absence of new life and energy in these songs with Josh behind the kit. He has all the chops, a great demeanor, and a style that I think is a little closer to Dave’s than Taylor’s and that makes a difference. Don’t have tickets to see them this time around (already had tickets to another show when they announced a date in my area), but will definitely want to see them again with Josh behind the kit.

I saw Josh drumming last year for 100 Gecs (They opened up for NIN). Unfortunately he was the only good thing about the band. Just wasn’t my thing.

I thought this was hysterical.  A pretty awesome bunch of guests as to whom would be the next drummer.

I’m digging everything I heard off this album I just cannot stand the way it sounds. The mixing or production sounds awful to my ears.
