I don't agree with all the moves (namely vick), but most coaches don't flip the roster the way the eagles did and stay competitive at the same time. In '09 they were picked to finish 3rd in the NFC east and they won the division. Last year he put them in a position to beat the team that won the SB, but his kicker and QB choked. But it's never the players fault in philly, it's always the coach that's to blame
