  • so you are insinuating that no one innocent has ever been put to death? or you just know that your response to this question would be hypocritical to your stance over the last 20 pages?

this is the problem. you can't justify killing because of killing. tell me how you feel about someone being convicted who didn't do the crime. is it enough to justify the use of the death penalty? and you once said that if your brother was a filthy criminal, you'd support him being put to death. however, what if you believed he was being wrongfully accused and put to death. would you still support the death penalty then?

are you in a fantasy world.
    perhaps fantasy island?

i believe we discussed this yesterday. it would be terrible, just horrible to have an innocent life executed.
that doesn't mean that form of punishment be done with. it still is on for the monsters, the maniacs, and the raving lunatics...

    again, i am sorry.

all i know is that good has to be protected from evil.
all i'm trying to do is be on the good side.
if it means wiping out evil, then that's where i stand.

    btw, evil will never win.
good always, every single time will prevail over the evil of mankind.

offing a raving lunatic mass murderer is for the better of mankind.

what about that child killer over in russia?
what was his name, citizen x or some shit?
let's find his story, shall we?

  • my point is, is that it is hypocritical to ask someone else to sacrifice their loved one for the "greater good" if you wouldn't be willing to sacrifice your own in the same situation.

    End of argument.

I find it odd that Liberals support ProChoice but yet are against the death penalty. No problem killing an unborn child but that murderer doesn't deserve to die. Very confusing and ass-backwards if you ask me.

Pro Choice is Pro Choice... not Pro Abortion. There is a difference.
Me... personally. I hope the woman chooses adoption as her CHOICE. But, it is not my call to make.. it is hers.
Now... you may feel you get to decide for her... i don't.

Then I'm Pro-choice for the death penalty. Should a state choose to have it I'm all for them having that choice.

I think once we stoop to their level then evil has already won. We have not only failed to protect the good, but we have just laid down and handed it over. I can tell you that I (and many others) don't want our "good" protected by people who think we must use evil to protect it.

I have a question for you: How do you feel about state-sanctioned torture? If someone has kidnapped a child, raped and tortured her, and made a bag out of her skin, do you think it's okay to torture that person before we kill them?
  • pro-choice means the choice for the individual, not the state. you can't combine the two. and argue all you want about "the baby's choice" but it's a fetus, not a baby yet. I personally can't fathom ever making the choice to abort a pregnancy with my wife, but I won't support stopping someone else from making that choice if they feel they need to.
