Good effort by the Cowboys...Should have won this game though...Oh well, at least Kitna did well for me in fantasy. The guy I am playing has Miles Austin so it was kind of weird to root for Kitna to throw too everyone but Austin! lol

THAT won't happen. Your defense is too suspect. The NFC champ will be Atlanta or New Orleans.

you're probably right. wouldn't shock me if we're in the championship game again though.

then again the saints won the super bowl with a suspect defense and the pats might get there with one this year. our d is much better with asante samuel in there. so who knows?

Vick is still a douche bag. Loved seeing him get beat up tonight.

I'm daydreaming about 50,000 Eagles fans invading Dallas for the Super Bowl and chanting "Dallas Sucks" the whole time. Would be the sweetest thing in history.

I would have to rent my house out and go to somewhere far away, like Australia or something.

True. I don't know, to me the Eagles look beatable. Vick has taken a beating over the last few games and take away that ridiculous 91 yard TD reception last night and we are talking about a completely different situation.

I guess it depends on the location. If you have to go to ATL, then give me the Falcons. Same with NO. But at the Linc it would be a different story. Doesn't look like that could happen right now though.

Right now it is not a given they will even be in the playoffs. Giants could win the division. Both Green Bay and Chicago hold tie-breakers over Philly. It is not out of the realm of possibility for the Eagles to drop their next three.

It's funny that someone thinks, that even if the Eagles make the Super Bowl, the league would actually let 50k fans of one team actually attend the game. At this point isn't it only people who know nothing about football who actually get seats to the game? That is, unless the romaticized working class fans from GB or Pitt make it. Also if the Eagles were to get a rematch with the Pats in the Super Bowl (big if) would Michael Vick puke in the huddle?

The crowd at SB XXXIX was about 80% Eagles fans. People spent their life savings to go to that game. The tickets go to whoever wants to pony up the cash.

The last thing I'm worried about with this team is Vick puking.

no way the eagles lose to both minn and dallas at home. chicago and gb have to play each other, so it's gonna be tough for both of those teams to get in. Yesterday was a great day for the eagles with a win and GB & chicago both losing. Even if the eagles lose to the giants next week, they are still in the driver's seat for a playoff spot.

I wanted to wish all you Cowboys fans a Merry Christmas!

For Christmas this year, I would like a new secondary, offensive linemen, less penalties, and several others of which I don't have time to mention! ;)

C'mon Kitna, bring Daddy home the Fantasy Football Lombardi!!!!

That was a pretty fun game to watch even though they lost. McGee shouldn't feel bad. He did the best he could under the circumstances and may have won if not for asshat missing the PA.

Let me say that I don't put much weight on Pro Bowl selections but.....

Someone explain how the hell the Boys have five starters in the Pro Bowl and are staring at a 5 or 6 win season????

Mind-boggling, as this entire season has been...

Look like we may have a top ten pick in the draft though!

The top ten pick will only be good if they pick the right player. The pro bowl...Witten, Ware and Mcbriar deserve to be there, Gurode no and Ratliff probably not. This team has to rebuild the defense and the O line, don't see Jones and Garrett capable of doing that. If Fisher becomes available he'd be the ideal candidate to coach this team and start the building (I'd say rebuilding, but when you haven't won a championship in 16 years, your building) process. Somehow I think Jones will screw up the chance to hire a really good coach and we'll be stuck in the mud again.

I'm just really amazed at how Jones and Phillips let this team fall to pieces so fast, but I guess that happen when you miss on so many draft picks over the last three years.

God is it EVER an exhibition game!

Yeah the Pro-Bowl is stupid. Gurode and Ratliff have no business being there. Witten has had one of his better years and Ware is still great so OK with that but the rest, um no.

Oh well, that was fun. Right there at the end whenMcGee hit Witten for the TD I was thinking "Can one thing go right in this God awful, fucked up waste of a season." I realize we watched a third string QB beat the Eagles practice squad but still.

Thank God this season is over.

Jason Garrett will be the coach. I am OK with that.

At least we didn't finish in the cellar of the division!

I am looking forward to a #9 pick and Seeing what Garrett can do with a full season as HC.

Overall, the Boys didn't play up to their expectations but at least we can clearly see the needs of this team.

I think they rebound in 2011 and make a playoff run...
