aren't they broadcasting the show live tomorrow online? I thought I read/saw that somewhere (facebook page?).
Yep. 930 eastern right here: http://iclips.net/watch/forecastle-2012-broadcast
Looks like they are in a rain delay right now, but should be ready to roll when Louisville's hometown heroes take the stage in a few hours.

They sound great. Can't wait till the Red Rocks shows at the end of this month, followed by Neil Young  . It's too bad PJ doesn't do live streams :problem: .

They were simply on fire tonight!! Can't wait to see them next month......thought "Careless Whisper" killed the vibe a bit during the encore but was nice seeing them having fun at home with the "banana, nanas" And can I just say "Smokin From Shootin" is just a killer song!!

The band also did a soundcheck party for Roll Call members Saturday morning before the festival. A storm delayed it until too close to opening, and made it impossible for them to play the soundcheck on the main stage, so when there was a break in the rain, they came to us (where we were sheltered under the highway overpass) and played an acoustic, unamplified four-song set for a crowd of maybe 200 people. Simply amazing.

Tonight I want to Celebrate with You (Jim on Omnichord)
What a Wonderful Man (Jim on Omnichord)
Old September Blues (Jim on guitar)
    Wonderful (Jim on guitar)

On "Wonderful," pretty much everyone assembled made it a sing-along, but since no one wanted it to be hard to hear Jim's vocals, it was kind of quiet and haunting, but celebratory at the same time. It was definitely a goosebumps moment for me.

In addition to this and the main set, MMJ was all over the festival (since they co-curated it). Jim did a song with Preservation Hall Jazz Band on Saturday afternoon, then PHJB and MMJ did a separately-ticketed late-night show on the Belle of Louisville steamboat (I didn't go to that; it was set to start at 1am). On Sunday, I saw some of the guys side-stage watching Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires; Jim and Carl (along with Daniel Martin Moore, Abigail Washburn and others) joined local-boy celloist/vocalist Ben Sollee during his set on one of the smallest stages of the festival; and Jim got on stage with Floating Action, the last of the small-stage acts of the festival (this, I missed; after the sheer joy of the Sollee show, I called it a weekend and headed home).

Nice choices- I abasolutely love the first one. I was SO happy to get it at my first MMJ show. I have not gotten Old September Blues yet.

I finally bought a Roll Call membership today. Can anyone tell me approximately how long I can expect to wait before my membership package comes in the mail? Thanks for any info.

Last night I was at Terminal 5 and I couldn't help but think of the epicness that was 2010's 5 night run. Still can't believe I saw my 3 favorite MMJ records in their entirety (At Dawn, Z, Evil Urges) :D
