    Amen brother

Your beating me to it, first KD Lang now this.
Aussies and Canadians have things in common.
We say zed, our population is similar in size, we are both commonwealth nations, what else?

    Canadians must be so excited.
I would think most are, however my best friend is Canadian (Cinnamon Girl here on the board) and she couldn't care less about it. I'm just an Olympic dork... always loved the games. Must be cause my parents went to the Lake Placid 1980 winter games when I was a little fetus :P
Many canadians and BC'ers love it, and many hate all the lies and taxpayer money used to bail out budget overruns and financing mishaps while the government went on a rampage cutting critical services and funding.

Nancy Green (i believe that was her name) she had to walk over to someone's spot to assist in lighting the flame. Gretzky is heading outside though to light the flame to be visible throughout the entire games.
