whatever man. I paid you over face for your seats. You had my phils tix for free. No need to call names. I don't know why you consistently have to resort to that nonsense...I wasn't calling you an idiot. No need to get your panties in a bunch.
It's so annoying listening to everyone bury andy reid after every loss. The team played like shit today and it's all his fault. ok, whatever. eagle fans bitch about him when the team loses and don't say shit when they win.
It's only one game...no need to get all bent out of shape. They obviously missed samuel, the O-line sucked once again, vick holds the ball too damn long (and he missed a few throws today), mikell sucks, bradley played like shit, etc.
the nfc is still a cesspool. they are fine
no need to call names?who were you calling an idiot then? jamminpearls? pjhawks? you and i were having a back and forth. it was obvious what you were doing. man up.
i buried reid's game plan after last week's win. i call him out win or loss. you should know that by now. he is by no means a great coach. great coaches don't call games like this. bears outplayed and out coached us. reid did not give us the best chance to win.
I honestly was speaking in general terms. It's the entire fan base that does the same shit...they kill reid after every loss and don't give him any credit when the team wins. No need to get defensive.
All of the reid bashing is annoying. The dude is having one of his best coaching seasons yet and he still gets buried after one loss. It's not like we're talking about the '08 patriots here. the eagles are still a flawed team...luckily the rest of the NFL stinks, so they should be in this thing come january
Dude, its not after ONE loss its a pattern of how he loses
No coach is perfect but he has the same mistakes after 12 years
If you dont see it by now I can't help yaMy drinking team has a hockey problem

he got buried after the skins loss too, for good reason. favored in that game as well. but, yeah, nice job of backtracking. horrendous coaching today.www.myspace.com0 -

Everybody is an idiot that has a different point of view you dont know that by now
Its like Eskin is posting here
hilarious. you guys are right...reid should be fired
yup. nobody is saying that. classic fixer tonight folks.www.myspace.com0 -
you guys can keep hating. I will keep backing the guy that gets this team to the playoffs every year.
He gives this team the best chance to win week in and week out. you replace him and the franchise immediately takes a step backwards.0 -

not one person has suggested he be fired.
eagles fans...and fans of the opposing team tonight (i guess they are idiots too right?) have posted about his curious playing calling and time management today. why? because it was horrendous.www.myspace.com0 -

I just posted a full paragraph full of reasons why they lost today. You just continue to harp on the coach. It's cool, I actually think reid enjoys playing the scapegoat. It draws attention to himself and away from the team. I think that's why his teams get better as the year goes on...his players love playing for him. He doesn't mind taking the bullets for his players0 -

outplayed and out coached. take a moment to try and comprehend that.
the team played poorly and the coach did not do them any favors. at all.www.myspace.com0 -
Jaegs you have to admit there is some truth to the Fixer's comments about how the Reid haters come out like gangbusters after every loss. But I am not going to go down that path.
As for the game no doubt Andy didn't have a good game and I would surely have made different decisions on the field goals and onsides kicks but to be honest those had very little to do with winning the game. In fact most reasonable people with reasonable NFL knowledge knew this was a very difficult spot going into the game. Coming off a tough physical division game on short rest on the road against a pretty good physicial football team it was going to take a heck of an effort to win today. Coming in I thought this team would lose today. Didn't play well enough in any aspect of the game. All facets were average or below today. Let's not over-analyze this. It's a loss move on and win the next game. Still in 1st place and control destiny as far as the division goes. Gut out a win on short rest of thursday and get back on a roll after a long rest.0 -

sure. but he was talking to me. and, as you know, i'm here win or lose. good or bad. we won last week and i said we had a bad game plan. also, one of the people questioning andy's calls tonight was a bears fan. gotta be able to discuss things rationally without calling people "idiots." ....also, it's not every loss. it's losses like this. there was not a lot of hating after the titans game for example.
bottom line--they were 1-5 in the red zone again. they left way too many points on the board. bears special teams killed us. the defense tackled poorly. this game just showed how important asante is to our defense. no turnovers for the first time all year. the front 7 allowed a 100 yard rusher for the first time all year too.
again---i had a feeling we'd be in for one of these kinds of games today. we have one or two of them every year. just a shame that it's a conference game that we could have won--may end up killing us in terms of tie breakers.
the short turnaround, i think, is good. looks like a johnson's gonna be out.www.myspace.com0 -

Jaegs totally agree on the tiebreaker comment. we have now lost to both the Bears and Packers and with Atlanta looking like a 12 win team getting a bye even if we win division might be difficult. Winning that 2nd Giants game is going to be massive to our playoff chances. tie-breakers don't our way for wild card scenarios.
as for coaching decisions don't think the Bears should have thrown the ball on 3rd and 9 with the Eagles having no timeouts. game the Eagles another 45 seconds plus 15 yards for Cutler going nuts.0 -

Eagles are still my pick. It was pretty ugly today, but I still think your boys are the best in the NFC."FF, I've heard the droning about the Sawx being the baby dolls. Yeah, I get it, you guys invented baseball and suffered forever. I get it." -JearlPam09250

Funny listening to you guys argue about Reid.
How many championships has he brought to Philly?
You only have to read a couple of Fixers posts to realize she really knows nothing about football. As a matter of fact it sounds like it's probably her 10 yo daughter making the posts.
Sorry Jeags but the Eagles are frauds again.#FHP0 -
