I don't see either being confirmed. Crazy how aggressive Tampa is being though. We'll see how this pans out...

I'll give credit when it's due. Nice job resigning Herremanns, Cole and Jackson. It was Gerald McCoy of the Bucs that tweeted congrats to Lofton on signing with the Eagles. Man I got excited.

eh, after the achilles, he played the full season last year. his numbers were down to the scheme change. to give up just a 4th rounder and swap 3rds for this guy who is still just 27 years old is a very good move. good upside here and a huge improvement over the chick who started the season at middle linebacker last year.

i'd still like to see them add another lb in the draft. but i'd say ryans is the best one we've had since trotter was in his prime.

Low risk for what they gave up that's true

I think it's the pessimist inside me with this regime and LB's

believe me, i totally understand that. i just have a feeling this was a pretty good move and an indication that they've been wrong about undervaluing this position for so long. we shall see though...

Nice move for the Eagles. Watching Bears-Eagles last season, it really stood out how bad the Eagles LBs were...

this defense hasn't had a leader since 2008.

i can see ryans and jenkins, now with him extending a few years, stepping up in that role next year.

Shady's guarantee was for the Madden cover championship.

If Reid won us a Super Bowl, I'd accept him getting suspended for a year.

Maybe Fisher will hire Juan in to fill in for Williams in St. Louis.

apparently mike caldwell administered the drills for kuechley at his pro day today.

i think if he's there at 15 the birds still take him. if not, i'd like to go d tackle and get another lb in the 2nd round.

You need to cover yourself in case the trade didn't go through and Caldwell probably new nothing of it. I'm thinking DT with that pick now. We need a big old fat body. I watched some Full Metal Jacket last night for that reference.

I like the way Ryans presents himself. I hope this works out. Who new it was him that had the line "Let's go eat" and not Hunter Pence.

i think they take the best defensive player available. i'm sure caldwell knew about it. they still need another lb. but i would gladly take on of those beast tackles at 15.
