as much as i've ripped reid lately, i gotta give him credit for his game plan last night. he simplified things and gave his best player the rock all night long despite not a lot happening on the ground early on. shady is a beast.
at the same time, it makes me furious thinking about how little he used him the previous 2 weeks in the 2nd half. :x

i just can't imagine 4 d coordinators in 6 years without the head coach eventually taking the fall. my guess is if they do "rally" to get to 8 wins, they will bring castillo back. the d will have to have played pretty well to win 4 more games.

i agree for the most part. they are joined at the hip. been saying that since last year. with his guaranteed money for the next couple years though, i could see him staying if reid goes.

I was going to post that after gronkowski scored. Their TEs aren't the best matchup for the eagles. Pats can't run the ball and their WRs are weak (I know welker is having a good year, but he's not a threat to get behind the defense...none of their WR/TE are). They should be able to get to brady with their pass rush, bracket the TEs with LBs/safeties, and single up on the WRs with the corners.
The Eagles should score 24+ on the NE defense. We will see how the rest of this MNF game plays out, but I like the eagles chances
