I said before the season started that they would finish last in the division and coughlin would be fired around turkey day.

I was looking forward to seeing kafka start. mainly because I hate vick

i've yet to figure out if they are for real for real or if they are this year's 2010 chiefs. sunday will tell a lot.

they're fun to watch...and their old school uniforms are tits.

I was saying how awesome the bills helmets were on sunday.

Their offense is good. not sure about the defense. I think they'll be competitive this year is probably what I should have said. THey might be more like the texans from last year than the chiefs

one of the worst coached games i've seen in a long time.

4 plays right at the goaline and you sneak it twice and give it to owen schmidt the other two times. owen schmidt. owen fucking schmidt! what the fuck? you've got one of the best rb's in all of football and he's picking up over 5 yards a carry and he's a non factor? that made absolutely no sense. none what so ever.

going for it on 4th down around mid field when you're up 2 in the 4th quarter? defense had gone a couple quarters without letting up a point at that spot. pin them deep in their zone.

loved how beastly lesean mccoy was, as usual, but all those runs should have opened up plenty of opportunities to stretch the field against a depleted secondary like the giants'. nope.

why were we blitzing so much? come on juan. you're a defensive guy, right? instead of letting our corners do their job you blitz and end up having kurt coleman one on one with victor cruz...boom, 74 yard touch down.

vick didn't look right out there. he looked like he was still concussed actually...nobody looked good except shady. he's the best player on this team.

oh, and clay mathews' sister B L O W S. this might be the worst collection of linebackers the eagles have had in decades. cannot believe they went into this season with these guys.

figured the first few weeks would be rough while the kinks are worked out. both this week and last i felt we were the more talented team. just made waaaaay too many mistakes. this team better be leaps and bounds better in 2 months. hopefully vick doesn't miss too much time.

Um, I think there is a reason to worry now, bud! Not looking good for eagle football...

matthews an embarrassment. might be the worst player we've thrown out there since the ray rhoades era. and uhh nmandi hasn't exactly been lights out yet either. and a good thing we traded a good quality NFL qb for a non-starting corner.

today was the epitome of why i hate running the football in today's NFL. you dominate the game for 3 quarters but just don't score enough points running the football. the other team made exactly 2 plays offensively in the 1st 3 quarters but they were passes for touchdowns that kept them within 2 points. big plays in the running game equal 1st downs, big plays in the passing game equal touchdowns.

this is what you took from the game today? this?

dude. mccoy had 24 rushes for 128 yards, and 1 amazing touchdown (the eagles only one of the day). yes, clearly the eagles should avoid giving the ball to their best player.

if we had a competent game plan, all those running plays should have opened the door to to them stretching the field. alas, andy reid failed to come up with a competent game plan.

but with the quarterback struggling, running the ball is what kept us in the game.

love eagles fans who always want the opposite of what was done. you talk about running the ball obsessively and reid does it a shit load today and now you bitch about not passing and 'stretching' the field. un-be-fn-believable.

and i didn't think the starting qb struggled today at all. 16-23 averaging 11 yards per completion and his one turnover wasn't his fault. more passes equals more points. 16 points is not enough when you have the weapons this team has. too many runs.

run the ball for 1st downs, pass to score.
  • Hawks u are seriously blind. Dude Reid and Juan both need to go. I've been calling for a new coach for 3 years now. Mccoy is a stud and should be given every chance to touch the ball. I don't get how u take that out of this game at all. Watch a game without your Reid goggles on for once please.

where did i defend reid? isn't saying not throwing enough passes complaining about the coach and the play calling?

the eagles will not and do not score enough points when they run the ball too much. too many weapons in the open field to try and play the game between the tackles. and mccoy is awesome in the passing game so i'm not saying not to get him the ball.

run for 1st downs, pass to score.
