    Yep. Even with all the confidence I had in this team coming into the season, can't say I'm surprised at all with this shitty start.

    weather has nothing to do with it. their opposing teams have to do with the same weather, right?
    when you dont have a legitimate closer, it's hard to win tight games. ergo, average record

    just look at last year. they stunk in april and as the weather warmed up, so did the team. weather got cold and so did the team.

    this team does not like the cold.

    did the closer not close any of this weekends loss's?

    What a bunch of mentally weak pussies on this team. They all go into a slump at the same time. It's the same bullshit every year.

    If this team doesn't win this division, they need to clear house...Kenny, Ozzie, everybody. I'm so sick of hearing everyone calling for Ozzie to be fired. What about Kenny Williams. Sure, he has the balls to make big moves. But have any of those move led to success?

    the fact that he's so annoying with all the phrases, actually makes me chuckle. it doesn't take away from his quality as a broadcaster.

    he's my least favorite local annoucer (radio & tv). I like the radio play by play guy for the sox a lot more.

    Steve Stone knows more about the game of baseball than any other human being on the planet.

    i'm guessing stone went to the sox because he was thru with the Cubs and he didn't want to move his family from teh chicago area.

    not many options if those statements are true. you do sox games with hawk or you stay home and twiddle your thumbs.

    if he was still friendly with the cubs, he would have been a great replacement for ron.
