That is a rarity indeed. Since i've lived here, i think its a first.

Looks like you could do most of sat's games as well. You'd miss three innings or so, but still....that be crazy

Should be an awesome weekend for you.

Flipped it on just in time to see three runs score on a ball that didnt get 20 ft into the outfield

Hands down the worst fundamental's in baseball, it's not even close. Some AAA teams have better fundamentals.

4 E's in the game. classic. they are just aweful in the field. it's like watching the bad news bears.

left side (Castro, Rameriz, Soriano) has improved....they were on a pace for 81 errors, now it's down to 49

it's been 92 years since the Cubs last visited Fenway....and yet, that time line pales in comparison to the 102 streak that they are on :P

So......was watching the cubs stink it up in a different old park worth the price of admission.

And the left side defense still blows. Three errors by castro and soriano with one more by hill tossed in for good measure

Had a blast at Fenway and in Boston. That city is awesome and Red Sox fans are hands down the best/ hard core fans in baseball, and I don't even think it's close. The "Fenway" experience blows the "Wrigley" experience out of the water. Was at the game Friday night and a guy behind me started talking about buying tickets to some concert in WI. I asked him what show, assuming he was talking about PJ and he was. Pretty crazy. The comeback Sat. was sweet, seeing James Russell start and seeing Maine and his 40 ERA and 9.0 WHIP was NOT! Took a picture of the scoreboard when he came in Sat showing his 40 ERA and 9 WHIP, just pathetic. I think it's time we get rid of "go cubs go" and have a better victory song like the Red Sox do in "Dirty Water". Seeing Pappelbon come in was pretty cool as was seeing balls fly over the monster. Fun times, would love to go back sometime. Saw a "Lebron went South, but his mom rides West" shirt, CLASSIC!

Team is a complete disgrace. The best thing they could probably do would be to forfeit the rest of the year and save themselves the embarassment.

Could be that I've been to Wrigley about 100 times and this was my first time at fenway, but I still think Fenway is way better. To me it's what Wrigley could and should be.

    This team stinks....

I was having this discussion with a friend at the bar tonight and it's pretty sad state of affairs with the three National League franchises in the country's three biggest cities with the Mets, Dodgers and the Cubs and all their bad contracts.

sounds like Mike might be in over his head. i've seen a couple of articles crop up about his poor decision making. than again, when the team is this bad, it's more than just the manager.

btw...left side of defense is on pace for 51 E's.

I love Zambrano calling the team out...Saying they are playing like AAA...

Zambrano should just keep his big fucking mouth shut...
Wtf has that headcase ever really done???
Except make an ass out of himself time and time again...
And be nothing but a distraction....

Anyone really think Zambrano is a team leader???
    Fuck no!!!!

They should have traded that headcase 3-5 years ago.....

You should trade him to the White Sox just so Guillen can manage him. Can you imagine conversations between those nut jobs?

Another gem of a move by Jim Hendry to give Zambrano that contract. I have no clue how he still has a job. Ricketts should have cleaned house before last season...
