Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready has told Planet Rock there could be more new material on the way.

In an interview with Liz Barnes, McCready revealed the band could be performing new material at their Hard Rock Calling appearance next summer.

He was however adamant that nothing had been confirmed, “We may, I shouldn’t be saying all of this.”

“We have some material left over from the Backspacer record we could hone in and make into some pretty cool songs.”

Thanks for the Nijmegen - Berlin info. I'd had a look on the Dutch rail site and from Nijmegen to Berlin takes about 5.5 - 6 hours, and includes 1 change. I had thought about flying, and that seems fairly easy as well. Thought rail may give me an opportunity to see a bit more as I speed through it.

Well I finally have Dublin and Belfast sorted, I'm flying over to Dublin on the Sunday. It's easier for me to get someone to take me to the airport at Newquay as everyone would be working on the Monday. I'll get over about mid afternoon and can amble around the city centre, may walk over to the venue and see where it is etc. I guess most people travelling will arrive on the Monday, so there will be a fair few people checking into the Anchor Guesthouse that day, so I might catch you then :D

It's all becoming a bit real now!
