Though I wouldn't ran it quite as high as his Lee Ranaldo and the Dust's amazing Last Night on Earth, I'm very much digging the recently acquired Ranaldo solo album of his, Between the Times and Times:

Lee Ranaldo – Between The Times And The Tides

    Label:Matador – OLE-980-1
    Format:
    Vinyl, LP, Album
    Country:US
    Released:2012
    Genre:Rock
    Style:Alternative Rock, Indie Rock

“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

Another Lee Ranaldo added to my collection.  This one has some great pieces but is harder to get into than the other two Renaldo's (which I love!)  Hoping this grows on me more over time:

    Lee Ranaldo – Electric Trim

    Label:Mute – STUMM403
    Format:
    2 x Vinyl, LP, Album
    Country:USA, Canada & Europe
    Released:Sep 15, 2017
    Genre:Rock
    Style:
    Primary
    Secondary 2 of 14

I got this earlier this week but only just now had time to sit down and listen to it.  The audio quality is... well... not great.  But the music.  The music!  When the record ended, it took me a few minutes to come back to where I was when I put it on.  It's just that good.  Lee Ranaldo, (solo) Electric Trim Live at Rough Trade East.

I went to listen to my old copy a few weeks ago. I got it in high school and listened to it probably daily in college on my shitty stereo system. It sounded so bad now that I had to get a new one. Got the blue vinyl. My old one has so many memories I will probably keep it on the shelf - but it is really beat up.
