Yeah, that's for sure. I think I could see him go to the Dodgers.

I can see the Dodgers making a move as well as long as the divorce does not blow up (i have no clue whats goign on with it right now). If anyone is going to make a move I advise them to trade for Lee and not Oswalt.

Vazquez pitched a good game today and has been solid recently. I hear you that what I read is that the M's want a catcher, but I don' see the Yanks moving Romine. If they will take one of the Yanks lesser catchers and Nunez then maybe but not Romine.

I don't know a whole lot about the Mets farm but from what I hear they have a good shot at Lee. No one wants Oswalt.
yanks can easily get lee if they sell the M'S on of the 2 catchers that you mentioned. mets farm system is not that great to be honest. Jenrry Mejia(p) and Ruben Tejada (ss/2b) and Josh Thole(c) are decent but not enough to get lee. i name those 3 cause they are the cream of the crop and 2 of them are already in the majors and playing a huge part for the mets. if the mets get lee be like the Johan Sananta trade where the mets give up 6 prospects and then pray those prospects turn out to be shit.

M'S gm jack z isn't as clueless as the twins gm was. if he can't find a team with a major league ready catcher he isn't trading lee and will just let lee walk after the season.

Anyone else wondering what Girardi is doing there? A 1-0 game and you bring in Chan Ho Park, really? Also, amazing they lost a game when Takahashi fell behind 1-0 13 times and fouled off that many pitches in the sixth.

I just don't see them moving Romine. Montero is looking everyday like he is not going to be a catcher and Romine looks great. New M's GM (dont feel like spelling his name) knows what hes doing. I just dont see them moving Romine when they have a better staff than they did at this time last year.

Nah, Yanks bats have fallen asleep, especially the top of the lineup. Frustrating few games.

it happens the strange thing was how close but how far away they were from getting anything going. They fouled off 20 pitches against Takahashi and 11 were in the sixth inning. Also, very gutsy move by Manuel for using Feliciano for two innings.

Yeah, they were so close, just couldn't get the big hit. That gardner ab was awesome. I was suprised he used Feliciano for 2 innings as well. Also suprised Takahashi got through the Yanks ordser 3 times for the second time in 3 weeks.

you could tell they were close. also the ninth was a strange one. rodriguez throws 14 or 15 straight fastballs, the first time he goes with a breaking ball he gets an out and then against one of the more patient Yankee hitters, he needs one pitch to end it.

There's an interesting backstory to that game that if you read "Last Night of the Yankee Dynasty" you would know. Basically losing that game saved Enrique Wilson's life because if they would have won Wilson would have stuck around New York a little longer and been on Flight 587, the one that crashed minutes after takeoff on November 12 - eight days after Game 7.

Hughes will be skipped his next start. Because of the innings limit.
