Looks like anotha kickass performance-congrats to all the lucky ones in attendance!
...Anyone have a clip of "untitled" ?
got a car...got some gas...oh let's get out of here-get out of here fast...

I want to go but I want to go with you.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. -MT
I've had enough, said enough, felt enough. I'm fine, still in it.
The blood red lights of Blood,
the frenetic lights on Kick Out The Jams were amazing as well,
All Those Yesterdays!!!!,
Eddie jumping into the crowd to sing, McCready running laps behind the band while Eddie was down there,
Love Reign O'Er Me, still not the VH1 Rock Honors tribute, but pretty amazing nonetheless!
seeing Ben and Eddie sing together finally on Indifference,
Crown Of Thorns!!!
There is something awesome about having a different perspective on this band each night, over the course of the 7 shows. Thanks to 10C for allowing me to avoid Ticketmaster, and thanks to Ticketmaster for granting me access to buy each of the shows with your silly little password which hopefully helped avoid some scalpers and put me in the damn room to see this amazing group of artists! and Thanks to PJ for 18 years worth of memories and a lifetime's worth of music that will last forever!

Beautiful, simply beautiful from Long Road to Indifference.
Lots of slow burners. Nothingman, All Those Yesterdays, Wishlist, Present Tense, Crown of Thorns. And the scorchers were scorchers all right. I really don’t see how anyone could get sick on Evenflow, it was epic. Spin the Black Circle was intense, I was probably as close as you can get to a one man mosh pit. Blood was heavy, heavy, heavy. And Kick Out the Jams with Jerry! Alive with the lights on.
Fantastic show, fantastic run. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Pearl Jam and their crew and a kick ass venue.
Spoke to (Dirty) Frank and Meagan from the band’s promotions company at the first encore break, he’s the guy that was handing out stickers and temporary tattoos. He took video of me that he said the band would see. Before I even knew he was taking it he just said he wanted to interview me and we talked about why someone would go to all four shows of a run like that, let alone driving down from Santa Barbara every night while having to be back at work at 7:00 the morning after each show. He then asked me if I wanted to say something directly to the band and that’s when I actually realized he was taping me and I became damn near speechless and just said “Thank you.”
Again, to everyone in the PJ organization that makes these things happen. Thank you.
I’m on top of the fucking world right now, my head a jammed full of amazing memories from the last week. Have fun in San Diego everyone!
6/1/03 Shoreline, 7/13/06 Santa Barbara, 7/16/06 Bill Graham Civic
8/28/09 Outsidelands Festival, 9/30/09 Gibson Amp, 10/1/09 Gibson Amp
10/6/09 Gibson Amp, 10/7/09 Gibson Amp

WOW! Won the lottery and sat in row BBB of Pit. Once Ed started speaking after a stupendous Long Road, rippin Animal, and downright nasty Hail Hail, the night looked promising!!! "We'll be playing requests tonight" I immediately started screaming Blood and I was NOT disappointed. Frenetic paced show and far superior to LA1 (which was a semi-bummer compared to tonight other than Tremor Christ ). Simply in awe how much these guys rock at there age. I had no problem keeping up for one night, but holy shit! This touring thing has to take it's toll. Here's to the boys staying healthy so everyone else can enjoy this band at ANOTHER one of their creative peaks. This band is on a level of vintage WHO right now. Simply incredible! Thank you for the memories!!!!!
Opener Long Road and closer Indifference (with Ben). You tell me how it gets better than that?
Soo.......no one else was rocking out next to Sean Penn all night?
Where were you sitting? I thought he might be there when Eddie dedicated Present Tense to Harper, Sean's son... He and his now soon to be ex sat behing me at the EV solo gig in Berkeley. It definitely added extra excitement to the experience!
Orch 2 Row JJ...he was the aisle across from us. He was with Jon Krakuer.
I didn't have the balls to go up to him half buzzed and say hello...I saw him kick a camera guy the other day on tmz.
Wow. Last night's show was definitely one for the hardcore fans. No Corduroy, Black, Betterman, Ledbetter, etc. In their place, Crown of Thorns, Alone, Hail, Hail, All Those Yesterdays, Present Tense...pretty much what I had hoped to see spread over the 4 nights in LA all wrapped up in one beautiful, moving, intense final goodbye. Fucking brilliant.
Tonight I was reminded how much I love Nothingman. I can't even recall last time I heard the studio version. The band absolutely nailed it tonight, and it was amazing. Now I'm going to be listening to it constantly for the next few weeks, guaranteed.
Love Reign was awesome. The Animal->Got Some sequence was rockin'. Blood and Spin the Black Circle were crazy intense. You could tell Ed was REALLY into it tonight. Amongst the Waves and Unthought Known have quickly become my favorites off Backspacer. They sound reallllllllly good live, similar in vibe to an In Hiding or Release. Those of you who have not yet witnessed the beauty of these two in concert are in for a treat.
Highlight of the night might have been All Those Yesterdays. I never thought I'd hear it live. Now I can say I have, and I was moved.
I can now say I've heard the Atomic Dog tag twice in my life. Can anyone else make that claim?
Just an absolutely epic night, and one that I won't soon forget. The only downer is that the run in LA is over. I'm having a hard time processing the fact that I'm not going to be seeing the band again tonight, or tomorrow, or next week. Ed said at the end of the show that "it will be a while" before they come back to LA -- I just hope it's not TOO long a while.

another great night with PJ, 1st thing Ed said was an Fbomb and then he said where are my manors coming out cursing before even saying good evening. before gonna see my friends ed said he had talked to a higher up at universal and that he told Ed to rip the joint down tonight. Ed said he then noticed that the guy was let go from the company later in the day, so he was not sure if he should take advice from that guy or maybe he should uphold his wish.
Ed had two falls off the stage, luckily both where close to security guards who kept him from going all the way down. Ed gave both Stone and Jeff hugs after Crown.
Ed mentioned that the string section they had in LA was the best and would have a tough time replacing them.
Great show fun set list a little something for everyone, here is to a 3 hr show in San Diego :-)
Eddie & the boys brought it hard and left it all on the stage in LA last night---thanks for stopping by!
The Pearl Jam Ten Club came through once again with phenomenal tickets last night 3 rows off stage. I of course forgot my camera and am reaching out to fellow Jamer's in the hopes someone can funnel a few pics my direction at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:millertimesac@aol.com">millertimesac@aol.com</a><!-- e -->. I would truly appreciate it~
Hopefully our paths cross again very soon when PJ rips through town.

Has anyone seen a picture of last nights set list yet? The band improvised at least twice (GSMF and Force of Nature) and I am curious if they were simply added to the set or played in place of other songs...
1996: Toronto
1998: Barrie
2000: Saratoga Springs
2003: Buffalo, Toronto
2005: Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto
2006: Toronto x2, Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Gorge #1
2007: London, Dusseldorf, Vic, Lolla
2008: WPB, Tampa, DC, MSG x2, Hartford, Boston x2, Beacon
2009: Toronto, Chicago x2, Seattle x2, LA #3&4, San Diego, Philly x4
2010: Cleveland, Buffalo, Hartford
2011: Montreal, Toronto x2, Hamilton
2012: Missoula
2013: London, Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Hartford, Dallas, OKC
All I can say is that you know a band and a concert are great when you have a set of songs that you WANT to hear, don't hear a single one, and STILL are 100% thoroughly satisfied with the show.
Me and my friend each picked 5 songs we wanted to hear. He got two (Nothingman & Love Reign), I got none. But what I did get was one of the most intense, kick-ass performances I've yet to see from PJ.
One quick question for everyone out there: If anyone has a PJ Lakers Night 4 shirt in a Large or XL that they'd be willing to sell, please pm me. I got there early and waited in all three vendor lines, but still came up short. Don't want to pay $100 for one on ebay (and would rather give my money to a 10C fan anyway), so I thought I'd just ask on here first.
Great set last night - my two wishes were granted:
Wishlist
Nothingman
So glad to hear both. Never heard Nothingman live, so that was a treat, and Wishlist is always a treat.
I was absolutely dragging by the end of the first set, don't know what it was. Got a second wind on Love Reign but was not in top form through the whole night. So if my less animated enjoyment of the show killed anyone's buzz, I apologize. (You're blaming the guy who was wearing the bright blue Jackpot Records shirt). It was a great, great set, couldn't believe I heard Alone. All Those Yesterdays was great. Red Mosquito really has been doing it for me this tour as well - doesn't hurt that I love the song.
The overall highlights for me were definitely Wishlist, Nothingman, Love Reign, Hail Hail, Red Mosquito.
If I counted correctly (anyone want to double check?), there were a total of 110 songs played over the 4 nights in Los Angeles. There were a total of 64 unique songs spread over the four nights.
What an amazing 8 days!

Thank you Pearl Jam and 10c for two incredible shows in LA. A great band, great venue, great audience. I will never forget these two shows.
I'll see you in Perth on Nov14 and wish it was a series of shows in a small perth venue rather than a big stadium show.
Now I'm off to see Springsteen close giant stadium on Friday night in NY.
Peace and best wishes to all the LA fans I met - you all contributed to make this a life changing couple of days!
