    The Kufala and 10c operations are on the West Coast of the US. I would think it will be 5pm GMT before these are up, at the earliest.

    I've not bought any physical CDs through Kufala yet. Is it worth getting the boots in CD format? And if you order a CD do you get a download link as well for if you're too impatient to wait for it to arrive?

    No, the download is not included when you buy the CD - you'll have to wait for the shipment to arrive... :( Whether or not buying the CD is worth it depends on you I guess - I kinda like having the shows I attended (and a few other special ones) standing around in my shelf; other than that, they're no different than the downloaded copies.

    It's just a matter of what you prefer.
    Personally, I prefer to get the CD. I still buy a lot of CD ... I must be materialist.
    However when you buy the CD you don't get a download link. But you can make your own mp3s at home. ;)

    I suppose I can wait for the CD.. I've got a pretty sweet audience recording of it which has served me well thusfar.
