Just a suggestion but I'd be a bit careful about the neighborhoods and areas these hotels are located in as they change pretty rapidly . The best deals were still the $70 Radisson and any of the other 10C offers IMO and from what I know about Philly and the area. Find it hard to believe a 3.5 * hotel is still available in mid city for that rate now considering I looked at prices before the 3rd and 4th shows were even confirmed in mid July and $70 was the most reasonable. Maybe someone from Philly can help out with the locations on the places being tossed about for $60 a night.======================================================================

hahahahahahaha...thank you for making me - inadvertently - feel better.
i was just going to post idk why i continually open this thread, to feel beat up that i did not score as great a deal or hotel as many others have. it's like a train wreck, i can't look away....can't stop myself from always looking in when someone posts in here so i can go...damnnit! thankfully, your post made me feel better.;)
sorry buddy, but thanks!
can you cancel your prior reservation or is it non refundable.
nope....got it via priceline so it's non-refundable. hell, i already paid for it. tis my own fault for being nervous about scoring a hotel. i should've just kept at my price endlessly since there was plenty of time. and so it goes...Stay with me...

bummer.
i'm a procrastinator. sometimes it's a good thing
i'm still debating on how to get to philly (drive or fly). I probally won't decide until departure week.I'm hoping to get a $100 flight, where as right now they are running about $225.

Then that's really great news indeed for you. This will also give you more to spend at the pre-parties.Wherever you stay, I hope all of us travelling have a safe trip there and back. I can't believe it's so close now since seems like I've been planning forever!

Counting down the days
STay in Center City. there is nothing to do in the airport/stadium area. I'm telling you, trust me.0 -
I'm partial to the Alexander Inn, and it's right next to the subway down to the show. Parking deck is right nearby, the drive into the center of town is surprisingly easy. Very nice part of town (beautiful district, much like Chelsea in NYC if you know what I mean), right next to a really great bar that serves dinner (vegan options) well past midnight!0

What are the Priceline prices for Tuesday-Thursday night at this point? Anybody scored a room lately? I'm at the Radisson for Friday and Saturday, but I think I'm going to be adding the first two shows to my itinerary!0

Bump.
I need a room deal for three nights, starting Tuesday the 27th. Trying to keep the 3 nights at $230 total or lower. Any help is appreciated!
BTW, it needs to be near public transportation that would be able to take me to the Spectrum and back!0 -
Hey gang,
So... only a week away & someone just backed out of our hotel room! Meaning we now have one open bed spot, Fri-Sun at Holiday Inn (Stadium), walking distance to venue but the rails to downtown are right nearby. Ideal situation for anyone going solo to only the weekend shows. Will cost you about $40 per night, rooming with me, my hubby, & another chick. We have 1 room with 2 double beds (yes, you'd be sleeping with a stranger) PM me if interested, & have ur references prepared
!
