he does make $450K....I'm not saying they all do I'm just saying that a system that allows that crap needs to be overhauled.

havent changed based on what exactly? like the WHO says, its too complex. so dont pretend to tell me you know that it hasn't. one thing that is always constant however is change. and we can all agree there have been huge technological advances in the past 10 years.

Geez Louise! :roll: I didn't "pretend to tell" you anything. I asked a simple fucking question.

Our healthcare system hasn't changed in that we still have the same system. Regarding the technological advances, it's not like they've been limited to the U.S.
