That is pretty bad form in my opinion. I'm all spent up going to London and Manchester (similar gigs one day after each other) and this beauty drops from nowhere. I bought tickets on 10C, so I can't even get tickets to this one and then sell my Manchester ones on.

Maybe I'll have to see if the wife will sell a kidney so we can go.

Great opener Timmy, I like the cut of your jib.

I have a friend who has been known to help me out in circumstances such as these - Mr Lloyds of London City. He's usually more than pleased to assist in times of need. Give him a call and tell him I sent you.

As for the kidney, I'd hold that in reserve, since judging by the current rate of announcements, there may be more surprises to come. You could of course sell the entire wife, and possibly make a vacation out of it.

Did you ever think they just want to play to a local crowd there. Why is always about plane rides and vacation time. The band plays where they want to.

Absolutely. I think it's great that they want to play extra gigs, if it means announcing it last minute, so be it. I'm going to O2 & the MEN Arena, I'll try and get tickets to Shepherds Bush too. If I don't, I certainly won't be pissed with the band!

Yep I think there is probably a point where our significant others go "hold on a fookin minute...I know you adore this band and anything that Brad Klausen sneezes on, I know you spend our life savings on this band, I know its a small venue, BUT YOU ARE SEEING THEM TWICE THE FOLLOWING WEEK":lol::lol:

I'm not sure what the main arguement would be tho????? ;);););)

I feel kinda liberated that I'm not being hooked into this and knowing that I wont have that sick and bile feeling when I dont get tickets 8-)

I'm gonna go ahead and say that I hope whatever allotment of tickets 10C ends up with (if any) go to local fans, as they did with, I believe it was tickets for the Letterman aftershow gig for New Yorkers. If they can do it for them, no reason why it couldn't be done for us.

Yes I agree. If I'm assuming by local you mean anywhere within a 3 hour drive ;)
If not, PJ the Wolverhampton Civic is a great venue too

I just spoke to HMV in Oxford street and they have nio further information yet. She said to keep an eye on their website.

She did however mention that HMV in canada is doing the same thing so I assume there may be an intimate gig in Canada?????

    give it a rest.....

PJ are playing a gig, if you want to go, pre order the record, if you cant make it tough...it really is that simple. I missed the astoria show because of the ticket stampede, was i pissed? sure, but not at the band, it wasnt their fault, they are hugely popular, all the fans want to see the club shows, so the demand is huge. Its life.
