Yeah, they have a .com and .ca, and use the respective country's dollars (which is great). Robbie, you bought it from the US site @ $29.99 USD?? I accidentally did this at first too, but contacted .com immediately and they cancelled the US order right away (got a reply within minutes). I saved at least $13 CAD by ordering from the Canadian site.

Just ordered on CDN site. $48 CDN with shipping. Nice, for what looks like a pretty substantial album. Awesome! Thx

just preordered this from Soundstage Direct. used the code lp20 and got 20% off. also I live close enough to pick it up from them directly, no shipping involved. Win!
^^ Definitely getting this one. I have been watching these for the acoustic tour Vault to be released. That vinyl is going to sound amazing
So I"m not a member of the vault but have always considered joining. How does it work? Does the 60 per quarter give you the option to buy the package? Or does the 60 per quarter cover the cost of the product?
FWIW, I have the Fargo acoustic show and it's phenomenal. True acoustic show, very impressive.
Is that the official one though? I read that this official version is supposed to sound way better than any of the boots....
I don't think they have released any samples of the official version yet.
Sorry, can't remember the source, but I think that "review" came out of TMR somehow .... so basically a statement from those releasing it. I normally wouldn't necessarily believe it, but it's TMR.

Awesome. I will re-subscribe for that. The JW show I saw in 2014 was one of the best show I've ever been to, so I assume this vault will be good... Better than the Bonnaroo one, just because he babbled and droned on about basically nothing for that festival performance and it kind of ruined large chunks of the album IMO.

I was at Bonnaroo and his performance was one of the best sets I've ever seen in hundreds of shows I've attended. I can understand not wanting to hear between songs banter on record, but there in the moment, his set was incredible.

I would be thrilled to buy that vinyl from you if you don't like it!

I'm sure it was amazing live. I didn't mean that it wasn't a great show for those who were actually there. If I'd been there I wouldn't have minded. But that "banter" (if you can call it that - I prefer to call it "drivel") is absolutely terrible on an album.

No, because I like the music on it (and that entire package is cool). I just really hate the talking parts. They're stupid and he doesn't pull it off. He comes off like a carny barker when he does that. It's weird. I LOVE him, but stage banter just isn't his strong suit. Luckily most of it is confined to one side of the white disc though, so it's not hard to skip most of it. I'm just thinking that this new vault will be better because I don't think Jack tends to talk as much as he did at Bonnaroo.

I'm sorry, you don't LOVE the Johnny Depp story?? It was strange as that sort of stage talk isn't usually him. He was on a weird mood. I have the show on vinyl rip and skip on through most of it.
So I think I am interested in this newest vault, but I have never signed up. Am I correct that this is how it works: I can pay $60 to sign up and receive this vault release. Then, assuming I don't want to stay a member, I can cancel before the July 31 deadline and not be charged again?

Cool on the no tax thing but how can they charge no tax? They must not be familiar with Canadian tax laws?
