Vault #14 arrived right before I head to take off for the holiday's. Didn't get a chance to spin it, but the cover is badass!

I was't able to land anything during the Refreshathon. I was about to call it a sale but at those prices I cracked open Vault 14 this weekend and it's awesome. The split vinyl is nice on the eyes. Jack does vinyl the right way.

Yeah, I really wonder how many copies were available for the Refreshathon. It was definitely crazy seeing what they sold, for what price, and how quickly they were gone. Hoping one day I can acquire some cool third man goods, but unless the rolling record store makes it way to my neck of the woods, or I make it to Nashville, I am SOL. Haha

Didn't grab anything in the Refresh-a-thon and I'm not a Vault member, but I was happy that my inverted lightning bolt vinyl arrived this morning in CA!
There is talk they are going to do a Vault platinum store in the future with exclusive items for sale to vault members only- that could be very cool
I am all for that. I am kind of surprised that something along those lines hasn't happened yet, especially because many vault members have to end up paying inflated prices because they don't live in Nashville. I look at all the items available in the refreshathon and honestly feel like Vault members should get a shot at stuff like this, especially with the amount of money many have invested. Third Man should also do something similar to 10Club ticket sales if they start this store and only allow member active from a certain date to buy certain items. This would avoid people joining just to flip items.
I really wouldn't be surprised if some Nashville residents have a part time job acquiring exclusive vinyl from Third Man and selling it on the secondary market.

Just talked to the family back home and they said my inverted lightning bolt finally arrived. Was getting scared it wouldn't show up since I never got any sort of confirmation email or anything and everyone else seemed to get theirs a couple weeks ago. Now I've got the last two Vault packages and a couple inverted lightning bolt vinyls waiting for me at home (along with waaaayyy too much other vinyl lol).
I've got a sealed Karen Elson Peach "Ghost Who Walks..." to trade if anyone is interested in swapping their opened UGWNL box set or a used Pearl Jam Lost Dogs.
Just found my inverted lightening bolt shipping confirmation in my spam folder. Despite requesting to have my mail forwarded for the few weeks I am going for the holidays, it looks like they still delivered it to my apartment building on the 17th. Which means someone probably took it. Crossing my fingers the mailman took it back to the facility.

I thought so too, but their debut album was in June of 1999 and this show is in November of that year. The White Stripes formed in 1997 too. I'm guessing it was just a side project Jack had that flopped.

$60 quarterly. Not a bad deal considering the collectibility of alot of the packages. I have probably 5 or 6 pieces of vinyl worth from $100-300 from what's been put out so far. This package will be one of those worth quite a bit.

I have to admit that's expensive for a membership but well worth it as it's seems to be great quality and highly rare material. well be worth a lot in years to come.

The cover for #14 is still so damn awesome to look at..not to mention the wax itself and the sound. I'm really looking forward to #15...this is hands down the best deal going for vinyl lovers. And worst case if you don't like a release, just throw it on Ebay for $100 that day and it will be scooped up in a second.
