trump's claim about biden's alleged use of autopen, something all presidents use, is "brilliant"? That's a low fucking bar for brilliant.

the amount of times the same poster claims trump is brilliant one week and a complete fucking moron the next is next level insanity.

Mr. Strawman, Do you know how to read English,  because you clearly did not understand the point?

It's obvious biden was not of sound mind and the example Trump is using is Biden never had such a sloppy policy on the border in his entire career.

Not your misinterpretation that any president would use the auto pen. The pen is imagery.. But these words are wasted on those who lack the ability to think.  Must be a benefit of socialism, that it's not required up there

Probably why you never quote. Plausible deniability.
I only quote when it might not be obvious what I’m responding to. It’s usually crystal fucking clear. I just don’t like adding to the infinite scrolling. I post the same all over the site. Strawman you say?

I didn’t misinterpret anything. I understood the point. I just think it’s laughable you think it’s brilliant. It’s not. It’s just another one of his stupid conspiracy theories that you keep buying into,  because it behooves you to in your never ending quest to prove that “the left” are all idiots.

    You probably still believe pizzagate.

I'm starting to like this guy. At least he's able to think for himself - a rare quality in the Dem party.

Now things are a LOT worse than that

To be fair Biden demonstrated a complete lack of cognitive ability. Democrats demonstrated a complete lack of trustworthiness. And Harris could not connect with voters

At the risk of receiving another personal attack I'll give this a try. The following quote is from a Centrist board that I read.

To be clear, I thought the senator getting tackled at the Noem  speech yesterday was horrific. That's the topic

But try to read carefully what this Republican is saying. They're not wrong.

Trump has caused many on the left to be more extreme. They (independents) see Democrats as a variation of trumpism.

I have talked many times about my experiences in the fall where I needed to see many folks in the medical community, pt, ot, nurses, etc. people who should be solid Democrats because they rely on the healthcare system for income.

Especially after Trump said he was going to cut 2 trillion from the budget, where a lot of that has to be cut from the healthcare system. I plainly asked many people where is your money going to come from? They just don't care. They cannot resonate with democrats, and the party needs to address this, yet has no idea it's even a problem.

if most Democrats in dc think similar to what we read on this forum, we are screwed. We even  got vp's misunderstanding that point on here

But so many are turned off by democrats. "Both sides are the same"  I can write a book about it, but it's usually ignored by the left, like it is on here. Ignore at your pleasure

The "crime against humanity" part sounds like he's quoting Hal.
    ...

"He interrupted at a point he was not supposed to
He was asked to stop and sit down
The fbi agents may not know he's a senator

I have no issue with the reaction by the fbi

The left acting like how he was treated is a crime against humanity is why they keep losing elections"

What a load of garbage. A repub says it so it must be true?

Well, just wait until all your healthcare sources of information are either unemployed or forced to see double the patient load with sicker patients without the ability to pay. That’ll show those Dems!

Keep minimizing what is happening. It’ll serve you well in the long run.

Why won’t you answer this question? Who was your preferred dem candidate for the primary that never happened because Brandon and his deep state foisted Kamala upon us in the biggest political scam of all time?
What’s a load of garbage is that you pretend to be upset about all of this. You’re not, because it’s always a joke and it’s always funny. The truth is you love this crap. You probably can’t wait for Trump’s parade, To make more jokes, because all this is funny. Forget about things like political strategy. That’s just for the stupid people.

i’m just sharing what people think. Demonstrate some memory here. Remember my comments of interacting with a lot of independents in the medical community. I interacted with right before the election.

People who should’ve been afraid of Trump and voted with the Democrats, because their livelihood depends on government funding of healthcare costs

But person after the person, stopped me cold, said both sides are wrong. You can try to explain this away that they’re stupid people, but I think that’s a stupid approach. They are actually incredibly smart people, a lot of them. it shows that you think everything is a joke and you’re not willing to value how to engage the voters. Politics 101. The only way to win back the Senate and by extension the Supreme Court, is to engage voters in the middle to win enough states to be able to confirm court nominees. Without that, Democrats have zero say in the future of the laws in this land
Stupid won. Go back and ask those “smart” people how they’re feeling about their vote. I dare you.

Why won’t you answer the question of who your preferred dem primary candidate was? You sound like a bitter Berniebro who voted COOTWH out of spite and where the DEI touched you. Own it.

A hypothetical question about preferred candidate, in a primary that was a lie, is a laughable question.

the opposition knows how to exploit weakness, and ignoring the 2024 problem will only come back to bite democrats in the a$$ if they don’t address this problem. You can’t expect to win elections when the party is organized by liars. Maybe win the house when the Rs stay home, but that’s it.

I would not be surprised if this is all some social experiment where at some point there is a “take off their hat” post to reveal they were some previously banned MAGA type running a social experiment to see if they can get people here to give up their moral stances to try to move the party more right. Because it’s really weird to see someone’s brain get rotted in real time.

I suppose I'm a simpleton, but I still can't even really figure out wtf Biden did that was so bad, or why so many Americans think their country was falling apart.... As far as I can tell, the only really serious problem the American people had - before Trump started blowing everything up - was all the rich people hoarding all the money at the expense of everyone else, which is still the case. Now things are a LOT worse than that
A few key items are the economy. 2019-early 2020 was some of the best economy we had in 20 years. Then it tanked. Inflation and grocery prices skyrocketed.
You can argue that’s beyond Biden, a result of the pandemic. And I wouldn’t disagree. But a lot of people didn’t like the early response to inflation.
The excessive shut downs in many cases. None of that was on Biden either, but his general support of, or lack of disapproval, fired up a lot of people.
And especially the last year or more, obvious signs of decline that were ignored. The WH gas lighting and calling videos fakes that were clearly real. In the months since, several staffers have admitted to this problem.
Im not saying you should have voted for Trump and he is a clear-minded genius, but those were the biggest issues working against him coming up to the election.

Just to be clear, you pointed out two issues Covid and the response, neither of which occurred on Biden's watch, as you accurately point out.  So PJ's question is still open.  What did Biden do that was so bad?

The reality is that the exit from Afghanistan was the trigger issue that cost him confidence.  That was when the approval rating dropped and never recovered.

And the stupid is that it was COOTWH who negotiated the withdrawal date and even floated hosting the Taliban at Camp David.

Two dem presidents called the bluffs of two repub presidents who politicized two unpopular wars for political gain. The repubs really love the troops. Mission accomplished.

That’s interesting about Biden and Afghanistan. I don’t know how accurate it is, but I seem to recall hearing years ago that presidents by and large are historically judged on how they handle international issues, even though on the surface these are not top issues for American voters. I think the rationale was these matters tend to be sudden and unpredictable, so you see more of a president’s leadership in these moments. Biden’s handling of Europe during the Russian invasion I would’ve thought would’ve been his moment, but I guess that’s not as popular or important as the Afghanistan war.

You're right. News isn't interesting when Fox News covers a story.
But, is it interesting when other news sources cover the same story?

We all know that she quit....your first post related to opinion that really had nothing to do with her quitting.

Just because you find legitimate sources saying she quit doesn't make your first link reasonable.
