    Housed 1 sausage and 3 beers (11 & 9%ers).  Leftovers for a couple days. Those onions and potatoes are yum. Threw in my leftover brussel sprouts. Have some whole grain horseradish mustard. Really great!!

    Put a flat iron on top to push down on the veggies to incorporate into the salmon instead of just on top.

    I thought it was sauerkraut - which I love with sausage. But caramelized onions and potatoes sound delicious as well.

    It was incredible. My wife and I met working at a restaurant 20 years ago. And one of our co workers from there had been at sparks for 11 years. So he always treats us like royalty when we visit him.
