My guess is they’ll be few and far between between now and April. Then things will start to pick up. But in the meantime, if anyone would like to give me a Pitt N1 GA so I don’t have to stress about it for the next four months, it would be much appreciated! 🙏 😀🤣danlee1095 said:Come on links! If you love it that much, by all means. Those tend to be few and far between. Even missing the 10c drop on Van Orton, the ebay price ($125-$150) would still be worth it to me not to wait in line if I have something better to do. I actually waited in line in Chicago since I was already waiting in the GA line but didn't bother with any posters because I didn't feel like traveling with the tubes. I thought the Van Orton was cool at the time but didn't consider it epic among the great PJ posters. I also mostly collected APs in the past. If I'm going to buy the AP anyway, that's even less reason to wait in line for a show edition. But now that they started doing variants for the APs some of the show editions are better. Like the Van Orton yellow looks better than the green on the AP.craigraether said:
Except if there is an epic poster your risk not getting on the 10c drop, ( Phl2, VO Chi,) ETC.. Philly sold out in 30 seconds or less... If see the poster is must have ill wait the 3 hours and not risk the stress.SHZA said:
$15 vs 3 hours in line. I'm good with that.Shaindli1 said:
The thing is buying them online means paying 15$ shipping for each poster. I really want to avoid that. I'm stingy.SHZA said:Probably a different poster for each show and n2 won't be available until the off day. If n1 doesn't sell out it could be available still on the off day. I usually just buy them in the 10c shop instead of waiting in line.0 -

The Facebook groups are getting filled with scalpers/scammers. In the wishlist group they started a vouch/verified member thread and there are very few people that are getting verified or getting vouched for.. a lot of ISO posts though.bootleg said:

For every person who profits, there's a willing buyer. So profit can only explain half the craze at most. As a percentage of people in line, flippers are a small group I think0

Some guy at the front of the line bought 10 of the Philly N2 while we were about 10 people back. Unless he was wallpapering a room those all were going to eBay probably right then and there. I have a feeling a lot of the Boston hoodies were flipped but that's more of a hassle to do than posters. But yeah the fact that where's a market whether natural or artificial (from FOMO) is problematic.Post edited by KJ228171 on0

That's a failure by the staff not enforcing the limit. No surprise a pro flipper would try to buy as many as they could get away withKJ228171 said:SHZA said:For every person who profits, there's a willing buyer. The band is doing roughly $500,000 in merch sales per show at your typical arena/amphitheatre venue, not counting sales during days off, and it’s a crucial revenue generator. The crew is incorporated into the profit sharing as well.RS151862 said:They should announce a no merch tour.. see if anyone shows up.To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. I'm not sure how practical it is but would love to see a system where your ticket has a code that allows you to buy a poster and/or t-shirt from that particular show. You would have to purchase it ahead of time and pick it up at merch.1996 Charlotte

LiveNation already have system in place. For VIP tickets they mail the package to people ahead of time or give the items at the door. They could offer an add-on like the commemorative tickets and just mail the items. They also did the free Nugs downloads in the fall so a lot is possible with the existing infrastructure.PrezIntense said:I'm not sure how practical it is but would love to see a system where your ticket has a code that allows you to buy a poster and/or t-shirt from that particular show. Back in bot jail despite having been very careful since the first ban to not do anything that would look like a bot. Only checking a few times a day, waiting at least 3 seconds before changing filters or toggling between map and list. Very frustrating.
