    Also from this and the other threads 10C drops have seemed to have slowed. It looks like we are at the stage of normal attrition were people are putting up tickets because of changes in plans instead of getting rid of extras. Oh well. I’m sure Raleigh will pop up eventually. They still have the corner rafters so I have that and we can wander around PNC during the show. It’s about the music.

    I’ve been out since last Friday, never initiated a request or email.  Just planning to ride it out and open a new account if it doesn’t resolve itself.

    Cool. I just checked and am getting paid today for a sale on 12/20. 

    Don’t remember which day my account was blocked but it was either that day or a day or two later. I now have access again after being blocked for several days.

    I am still locked out, my ticket after I filled out my questionnaire is still open, my payment information is gone. Still awaiting payment for day 1 sales. I'll say it again, fuck ticketmaster.

    I've got a list of emails and a written letter if you want. I'd give it a few more days. I got the rejection letter yesterday but they unblocked my account later in the evening. I think it's a matter of time for you. I'm guess thousand of accounts were blocked. If not that GA ticket..... =). I think you will be fine.

    Just got unlocked but too afraid to even look at a show at this point.  I’ll let it cool down until the spring.

    Wow! Since I was unblocked I looked at another band I was interested in - but moved really slow. So far so good. But being so concerned about how fast I refresh has removed any type of competitive edge I may have had on F2F.

    Ed ignores the rhetorical question and, concerned, admits, “I don’t think we’re doing enough to get tickets into the hands of scalpers. I’ve been refreshing fan to fan all morning without being botted once.” 

    Boom pops up from behind the bar and responds calmly, “ahhhh let me call my guy at Ticketmaster. It’ll be handled.” He passes out shots of limoncello on a solid gold plate and the band shares a toast to the success of the upcoming tour. 
    This is pure gold. Well done 👏🤣


    If Ed hires a contractor to make his lawn and gardens look beautiful and it turns out yellow and dead, will he ignore the work of his contractor?

    That is no different than hiring a contractor to keep fan club tickets out of the hands of scalpers. That can be done quicker than it took you to compose that story.

    Having an opinion is welcomed. State it and move on. The complainers thread, not this one, exist for individuals looking to repeatedly voice their displeasure.

    Many were quick to jump on 10C and "the band" for this TM account mess. Perhaps there were phone calls made that we won't ever know about.

    I hope if everyone's accounts continue to be unlocked there will be some walk back, but I'll be surprised if there is. There's always something to blame them for I guess.

    Be nice, they were just making light fun of the situation. We are all adults here with the same passion of watching live music. It’s fair to say that this conversation went sideways and the entitlement is starting to show. 

    We are not entitled to tickets, it’s a perk to have a chance at tickets early. Scalpers have stepped up their game and I agree some adjustments are needed.

    Ed does say in everyone show: Be kind to one another, watch out for another.

    👆 Each and every ticket that hits F2F was originally held by a 10C member or someone lucky enough to grab a ticket during the Artist Presale. I went 0 for 10 in the 10C lottery this tour, was disappointed, but knew going in that I was entitled to absolutely NOTHING!

    F2F can be frustrating, but also incredibly rewarding. I have full confidence I'll be able to get face value tickets to whatever show I want via F2F as we get closer to the shows. Fans of artists not using F2F cannot make that claim.
