    I edited my post! How long after 1/21/25 can we expect gasoline to be at 2$ a gallon and eggs $.75 cents a dozen and bacon very important for the MAGA cultist to be at $1.50 a  pack from the looks of most of them they seem to consume lots of bacon

    My two cents from a moderation standpoint:

    You can be called a racist or Nazi repeatedly and without recourse for any number of things that simply don't hew to left wing thought (voting for Trump, watching Fox News, etc.).But you can quickly get in hot water for "personal attacks" by saying someone is dense, stupid, etc. Mind you, these are not people who have said anything actually racist or pro-Nazi, as that in and of itself would be grounds for discipline (justifiably).

    I think it's a big contributing factor to why this place is like it is and why you see threads like the Harris thread get locked up. Maybe the status quo is totally fine, but something to consider if you feel like it isn't.

    For example, I think it's fair to question a candidate's policy you deem racist and ask why/if a supporter disagrees. But if someone saying "I'm wearing a MAGA hat" leads to racist/Nazi insults that seems quite plainly a personal attack. Which if that's cool, at least allow me to unleash a little on the people I truly feel are stupid or dense.

    Good luck. I can’t believe how certain people act here. It really distracts from some excellent posts from the majority of regulars here.

    The MAGA hat is not a GOP or ”I vote conservative” hat. You are being nothing but dishonest in removing what the hat symbols by who that hat is in support of.

    Zelensky could have ended this war 2 years ago but refused to negotiate.  Fast forward to now with a million dead and he’s laughing all the way to the bank, but not for long.

    Or maybe he knew there was no negotiating. Do you honestly think Putin would’ve just backed the troops out and left it alone after getting Crimea? He wants the entire country and the Trumps will make sure he gets a significant piece of it since it’s in their best interest to help him out. 

    It’s funny how you make it Zelenskys fault that people are dead.

    I agree, though it's hugely unfortunate that we will all pay the price of electing a hateful dictator.  The blowback will be harsh.  All but the most wealthy will feel the pinch. People are going to struggle.  The question is, will voters who allowed this to happen learn from it?  Will they learn to fact check and think critically?  Or will they remain ignorant and prone to believing lies?  We shall see.
