    Upgraded..one set were those ones we got an email for from 10c when they dropped some in section 7 and 8 for night 2

    "Now in regard to your inquiry, your commemorative tickets for the receipt [REDACTED} were reshipped by the event organizer on 6/5/24. Regrettably, all Rogers Arena's commemorative tickets are still as pending and will be shipped by the event organizer as soon as possible."

    Got night one Saturday, still waiting on night two.  I've been dealing with the same email chain as others on here and have been told both were reshipped, but not holding my breath for night two to show up.  If nothing this week I'll continue the email chain I guess.

    Weird, a few small few seem to have gotten their Vancouver tickets, but maybe ours are pending?  What a messy system.

    I received Portland, L.A. 1, Vegas 2 and Seattle 1 today.

    Still waiting on Vancouver 1 and 2, Sacramento, L.A. 2, Vegas 1 and Seattle 2.

    By the way, the commemorative tickets have no bar codes, so they really could ship them as soon as you order them without any risk.

    I sent an email on June 4. They told me on June 5 that it had been "escalated" to the event organizer (as quoted above in this thread). I followed up on June 8, but it seems like they had been shipped upon my first inquiry. They replied on June 10 and told me that the tickets for the U.S. shows were "reshipped" on June 5.

    I'm assuming/hoping the other four U.S. shows will come in the next day or two. Canada appears like it will take more follow-up.

    I have tickets for NYC2. Will they wait until that show concludes to send all at once? Still nothing for my Vegas shows has arrived in Canada.

    I have not received my commemorative tickets for either Vancouver N1 or Portland (both through Ten Club) nor either Seattle night (both through Ticketmaster.) Contacted both Ticketstoday and TM, who both said, "The tickets are in the mail." My experiences with commemorative tickets on previous tours were very positive, so this has been quite frustrating.
