The only reason there are commemorative tickets is because of the no transfer policy. I’m able to get paper tickets mailed to me for other bands to use for admission to shows.

how about they just go back to issuing tickets for those that want hard tickets...
then you can scalp them and thats why they won't do it

I think the ship has sailed. In PJ's case they don't want the tickets to be scalper, but the industry as a whole has pretty much converted to digital tickets. I can't remember the last show I went to with a hard ticket anymore. Might be the DOA/Fear show the day before foo fighters in seattle. I chose will call for 6 bucks, hoping those ones are hard copy.
I think the industry has shifted and there's probably no going back. Stubs are awesome for souvenirs. I still make screenshots of my digital tickets, print them out, cut them out, and put them in my ticket stub albums, to keep it going. Functionally digital tickets are fine, they just lack the souvenir component :(

I bought tickets for the Gaslight Anthem summer tour a couple months ago and paper tickets were an option. I just had to pay Ticketmaster a couple bucks for shipping and they mailed them out a few days later.

I got mine for one of the Vancouver shows, but not the other.
Same here. Got my Van N1 ticket stubs but not N2. Really strange…

I have not for either show; emailed tickets today customer service, and they said they would be ‘reshipped’ with other concerts in the next several weeks. I guarantee they were ‘nevershipped’ in the first place. We have not had a problem with mail, from TenClub, eBay or Amazon ever. And yes, the address is current and hasn’t changed (first thing they ask).

Thanks. I wasn't really thinking I would ever get them, but I was wondering if anyone else received any.

"As a courtesy, we went
ahead and escalated this matter to the event orgnizer [sic] to confirm when your
commemorative tickets for all the shows will be mailed to the address below."
As a "courtesy." I paid for something that they have failed to deliver, and as a "courtesy" they've passed the buck to someone else.
There is going to need to be a class-action lawsuit. It's just plain fraud. They take money for a product with no procedure in place to ensure timely delivery-- or any delivery-- of the product. They are banking on the fact that most people will not follow up, or will give up when they get the runaround if they do inquire.

Completely agree, and I think Ten Club should take this over in the future. We don't need to give these Ticketmaster fucks any more of our money.
Congratulations. Were they original or upgraded tickets?

Got night one Saturday, still waiting on night two. I've been dealing with the same email chain as others on here and have been told both were reshipped, but not holding my breath for night two to show up. If nothing this week I'll continue the email chain I guess.

Weird, a few small few seem to have gotten their Vancouver tickets, but maybe ours are pending? What a messy system.

Wow that was fast. Wonder how long they will arrive here.
I received Portland, L.A. 1, Vegas 2 and Seattle 1 today.
Still waiting on Vancouver 1 and 2, Sacramento, L.A. 2, Vegas 1 and Seattle 2.
By the way, the commemorative tickets have no bar codes, so they really could ship them as soon as you order them without any risk.
