    Thanks for letting know F.    Did you send another email or just wait?   I don’t want to get annoying with the guys.   10c has always been amazing on stuff like this but the generic email seems like any other business approach which is a bit of a shame.  
    I didnt send one yet. And yes you are correct they always are great with this stuff.  Like I said they did respond telling me they were checking with TM on the issue. I’ll let you know what they say.

    When I had the occasion to interact with Ticketstoday trying to get refunds of my commemorative ticket charges for the cancelled Sacramento and Las Vegas shows in 2022, it was a journey into the heart of darkness. I got a lot of circular responses (or non-responses) purporting to be from human beings but that were increasingly clearly auto-generated. It was only after about three hours of my time over a period of days that I apparently stumbled on the magic words that got a satisfactory response. Those words were "fraud," "theft," "class action" and "escalation to the appropriate consumer authorities."
    I gather speed from you fucking with me.

    I doubt they will reassign seats but if they do I’m 🙋‍♂️ too 27552! My MSG seats are by far the worst I’ve gotten from 10C.

    Thank you Spanky.. I’m glad you got a response even if it wasn’t what you hoped for. They emailed me again Friday saying they are contacting TM on the issue. Had everything documented with emails/10c #s etc which 10c appreciated .  I’m hoping no news means they are working on it.

    Yes. I picked P2 because I thought the odds of getting tickets would be more favorable. I am in the 200s but row 1. Close to the stage. I am not a huge fan of the back of the floor or the other P1 seating, although the sound is probably better there.

    They look good. ;)  I think it was a smart move to go P2 with a decent 10C number.

    Another response from 10c today looking for more clarification and emails. This is definitely a TM mess up and not the 10c. Sent them all the info so we’ll see what happens.

    I believe the draw went exactly as they intended (if you put in for GA for multiple shows and your number got picked early enough you got them all), it's just not the fairest way to do it. They need to go back to the priority method.
