    Yup not to mention the tickets in our TM accounts.

    I've been taking hits from the card I used as I'm in Japan. Glad I checked as if I had not and I got recharged I could have been screwed by not having the cash in that account to cover it. So moved funds around and keeping an eye on it now (hard in Japan mind you) but jeepers it's such an inconvenience if you used a debit card.

    This right here is going to be the biggest problem. I have no doubt there will be some fans whose original charge was approved and for whatever reason (credit card limit, lost card in the meantime, etc.) the next charge, whenever it happens, will be denied. Then what??

    This is my problem! My card was dropped and then used by a lady (5 times approx $180) so I needed to cancel it. I have talked to ticketmaster twice and sent through multiple emails. Not one spec of clarity. The lady on Saturday said she needed to escalate, and didn't have a clue about the situation at all...then had the balls to ask if she could HELP with anything else...lady you didn't help this time!! Very stressed atm!!

    If you haven’t already, update the Ticketmaster app with your new card info. Hopefully they’ll just charge the new card that’s stored.

    They clearly know who we all are. They should send us an email updating us and giving everyone the opportunity to to update their payment method.

    Radio silence here sadly - you would think if they were actively working it they would make contact with us all and provide an apology, a plan and a timeframe for solution. But apparently my version of customer service is wildly different.

    It's all about circumstances. From what we can tell we'll be ok and get charged again and get our tickets but some of us are more at risk if crap happens. My worries are if get skimmed and then if the PJ payment either gets declined or actually goes through but then I don't have the coin to get a fast train to the airport to fly home. Others have bills to pay and are closer to the breadline. The cash is no small sum hence the number of complaints about prices but sometimes you don't notice it when you're dealing with large sums for a long time.and it's been a while since the purchase was made.

    I've just asked for another update to my query and if they can assure me I'll still get the seats I was originally allocated, also a time frame as to when everyone will be sorted by.

    Yeah, my only real worry is something similar to this.

    Originally my card was declined. Foreign bank, fraud alert and they didn't have a system where I could 'okay it' in advance. I okayed it after the initial decline and TM recharged it following day. All that was fine. 

    But with this disappearing charge, worried that my bank will decline again and we'll be back to the start.

    Not stressing too much, as I have the confirmation email and thankfully enough money to cover it if it appears again. Also, have the other date sorted (used a different card for that which went fine!) 

    But it's still a worry none of us need and, more importantly, none of us caused. This is clearly a problem with TMs billing system.

    The radio silence from all involved is disappointing though. It should not be on us to have to chase.
