    Just clarifying something for my (decreasing) sanity - nobody who has been affected by this issue has the 8th Nov event showing in their TM account, correct? 

    We've all just received the confirmation e-mail, then the pending charge which has now disappeared?

    I ask because obviously the 10th Nov show *does* appear in the TM app. Just checking that I'm in 100% the same boat as others lol.

    Yeh same for me, 
    • Nothing shows in my TM account
    • Had a confirmation email that states the section/row/seats I have been allocated
    • Money was taken off credit card
    • Transaction disappeared from credit card
    • Money reappears on my credit card (wasn't a refund, just reappeared)

    Correct, confirmation email received for 8th Nov show, credit card charged then the charge disappeared so no payment has been made. The event isn’t showing on TM account.

     All good, it was a relief to find it wasn’t just me having problems as I panicked on the morning of the tickets going on sale when I saw the charge had disappeared.  So with all our info we have gathered it looks like someone dropped the ball and hasn’t put our batch of payments through on time so the payment holds lapsed.

    I sent my original query using the “contact” form on are Ticketmaster site and TicketsToday is  where the responses come from.  Unsure who they are or where abouts in the world they are

    As long as the tickets haven't been released we should be fine. But we need assurances on this I'd say.

    Im 100% convinced now that it has affected everyone who got 10c tickets for AKL and someone at TM or ticketstoday (whoever in charge of the nz lottery) has made a massive cockup in the admin/back office payments department and not got round to processing all our transactions in time.

    ive contacted 10club from the contact button on here (although no idea if that does anything as not had a response) and I think between us all we have emailed/called 10c support, Ticketmaster NZ and TicketsToday. Screen shots from replies received that have been posted here and on social media groups, suggest that we are all confirmed for our tickets as per the emails we originally got and they are sorting this.

    I presume that they just 'process' the payment and then the funds will just come out and show on our accounts but Im concerned with the amount of time taken and if banks or credit cards will not authorise it when they do get round to it.

    i think its a serious lack in customers service that they havent put out a statement or sent us all an email to confirm the next steps and apologise for all this- its 2 weeks now. I have never heard of this happen on such a large scale before - i mean this is thousands of $$$$. If they want to give us all free tickets thats fabulous but someone in charge please please just make a statement.

    I'm worried I'll lose the awesome seats I got.
    Have we heard anything from the 10C at all? I messaged them about something else unrelated to the ticket problem and got a quick reply, but no reply to my tickets query

    Let's hope they're preparing a statement.

    Sucks as my mate and I are travelling from Wellington and given he's not 10C I took care of the tickets. Just pinged him as being transparent is the right thing to do and he's a little worried now too. Of course I feel stink given getting the tickets was my responsibility despite this being a total uncontrollable.

    10C please can you let us know that we will be recharged and that our tickets aren't going anywhere? We know November is a long time away but given these gigs are so popular we wouldn't be able to get the seats we paid for now without forking over a kidney on the secondary market-plus we shouldn't have to.

  • I wouldn't stress about this at all, there's so many people in this thread who have confirmations from Ticketmaster that their seats/tickets are safe and I haven't seen anything go up on the regular sale anywhere near where my allocated seats are.

    I haven't heard from ticketmaster or ten club... Just those tickets today people who don't seem to actually be able to tell us anything other than... Copy and paste response.

    I've been taking hits from the card I used as I'm in Japan. Glad I checked as if I had not and I got recharged I could have been screwed by not having the cash in that account to cover it. So moved funds around and keeping an eye on it now (hard in Japan mind you) but jeepers it's such an inconvenience if you used a debit card.

    This right here is going to be the biggest problem. I have no doubt there will be some fans whose original charge was approved and for whatever reason (credit card limit, lost card in the meantime, etc.) the next charge, whenever it happens, will be denied. Then what??

    This is my problem! My card was dropped and then used by a lady (5 times approx $180) so I needed to cancel it. I have talked to ticketmaster twice and sent through multiple emails. Not one spec of clarity. The lady on Saturday said she needed to escalate, and didn't have a clue about the situation at all...then had the balls to ask if she could HELP with anything else...lady you didn't help this time!! Very stressed atm!!

    If you haven’t already, update the Ticketmaster app with your new card info. Hopefully they’ll just charge the new card that’s stored.

    They clearly know who we all are. They should send us an email updating us and giving everyone the opportunity to to update their payment method.
