I got the same response you did and followed up directly asked the question “have ticketstoday registered as an authorised merchant”. The answer was “They do accept AMEX there was just a technical fault”.KPLATT said:
I didn't get any emails from 10c or ticketmaster about the failed transaction, Amex told me the charge had been attempted but tickets today were not an authorised merchant. I reached out to 10c and Ticketmaster and the responses I got were from TM. Hopefully it means they are adding tickets today back as an authorised merchant and will reattempt the failed chargesjammer79 said:
So if you haven’t received an email for an Australian show does that mean you have missed out on fanclub tickets?KPLATT said:Apologies for my misinformation in the previous email.
As the Ten Club request window has now closed, you are unable to update your card details.
I can confirm that AMEX cards are able to be used, we are just currently experiencing a technical issues. Once resolved, the payment will be retried.
so not quite the direct answer I was looking for but it sounds like we’re all good for the re-attempt 🙂Dr No... Vocal chords0 -

Having e-mailed the Ticketmaster support link, I got a email back from Ticketstoday telling me to contact a local Ticketmaster customer service link. I have received this after contacting them about the declined payment - they think my issue is with the general registration?! Still in the dark from 10C who haven't got back to my e-mail to them. Is the reattempt of transactions verified anywhere? Not really acceptable otherwise

After 10C saying that declines will be reprocessed - has anyone had this done yet? Any confirmations?

Confirmations for europe started around 4 pm yesterday so if they are doing the reprocess today it should be around that time i assumePost edited by just_one on0 -
I'm not sure I want them to try again, because according to my bank the first transaction was blocked, the second went through. I had quite a hard time making clear that these were different transactions. I got GA for Berlin 2. So I fear I lost out on GA for Berlin 1 and will probably get a bad seat the next time they try.0

Likely to be me. I don't know the actual seats, just the bays they seats will be in, based on the initial registration/lottery diagram sent when I registered. Basically a map with areas indicated.adelaidefc said:
I hope you're right! I just saw in the Aus/NZ tour a Kiwi that seemed to know what seats he was in. I may have read it wrong though.PJNB said:
They have not done seating allocations yet.adelaidefc said:
Sorry, honestly that was a bit emotional, been a rough day for a bunch of reasons. I have a disability so early access to standing areas is no good to me. I stuck with 10C even after the last tour was part of a music festival so there were no great benefits.SPEEDY MCCREADY said:
Bare minimum.......Thats everything you have ever paid into the 10club over the years? If that's the minimum, then what's the perfect scenario as far as compensation from the 10club?adelaidefc said:
Except even if that's true, given they've already allocated seats... I'm not going to get the tickets I should've. So at bare minimum I want a refund of everything I've paid to Ten Club.SPEEDY MCCREADY said:I don't know Bo Diddley
But I have a strong feeling you are all going to get your tickets.
The hope was to be able to get the best seats I could for the next tour, a decade later.
Unless they re-do the seating allocation it feels I've wasted hundreds of dollars I really shouldn't have.
Unless I am missing something here nobody has their seats yet. That assignment happens at a later date. All yesterday was to tell you that you won or lost.Auckland 1 1995

Anyone any idea how many Irish Ten Club members didn’t get Dublin tickets?
Just me?0 -
Got this back from AMEX. Anyone know if this will be sorted out before tickets go on sale to the general public?:

The silence from 10c on this is really sad... It needs to be sorted out before the general sale
