But I have a strong feeling you are all going to get your tickets.
The hope was to be able to get the best seats I could for the next tour, a decade later.
Unless they re-do the seating allocation it feels I've wasted hundreds of dollars I really shouldn't have.
Unless I am missing something here nobody has their seats yet. That assignment happens at a later date. All yesterday was to tell you that you won or lost.
These shows are huge and there will be plenty of tickets to go around.
I am willing to bet you can get better seats on your own than 10C will give you anyway unfortunately.0 -
I'll add my voice to this in case Ten Club listen....
"International Fansin order to avoid a payment decline, we recommend you contact your bank NOW and notify them of the following:
- A charge from a US-based company may be attempted between Feb 16 and Feb 21
- Merchant descriptor will be "Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam"
- Charge will be in currency local to the show"
I'm in for UK/European lottery only so haven't heard anything yet but agree that there needs to be a different approach so that people who are successful in the lottery do not miss out because their payment is declined - I don't remember this being an issue in the lottery for past European tours (going back to 2006).
It may be too late for the 2024 tour as if payment is declined the tickets are given to someone else - at least that's how I understood what we have been told....and sorry to say it but how much influence does the performer/fan club have nowadays vs Ticketmaster? Probably more than they'd like us to think, but do they have enough power to get Ticketmaster to go back and release more tickets to the fan club after the contracts have been agreed?0 -

once the 24 hour window closes, if payments have not been made then those tickets can go back into the pot and another draw. however maybe that's too complicated and I suppose the ticket companies have their own systems and ways of doing things that can't be changed or they don't want to, and it's hard for ten club to be able to do anything about that. also there are probably other issues I'm not thinking of with what I've suggested there.Post edited by TheMookster onFinsbury Park '92 | Brixton 1 '93 | Wembley 2 '96 | Wembley 1&2 '00 | Reading, Paris '06 | Munich, Wembley '07 | Shepherds Bush, Berlin, Manchester, London '09 | Dublin, Belfast, Hyde Park '10 | Manchester 1&2, Amsterdam 1, Copenhagen, Atlanta '12 | Brooklyn 2, Philly 1&2, LA 1&2 '13 | Amsterdam 1&2, Vienna, Berlin '14 | Central Park, Santiago, Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City '15 | Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto 1&2, Wrigley 1&2 '16 | London 1, Prague, Krakow, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, London 2, Fenway 2 '18 | Oakland 1&2, Berlin, Zurich, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, London 1&2, Budapest, Krakow, Amsterdam '22 | St. Paul 1&2, Chicago 1&2 '23 |0 -

Is this going to be a NA problem?0

You got me wondering now as I don’t even remember entering card details.
I assume if I have the 10c ticket request confirmation email that they have my bank details somewhere. I couldn’t have got a confirmation without card details on file right?0 -

I'm trying to remember my situation from last time, but I was charged, then the seats were all wrong, so they refunded the money. Then they charged again, but the 2nd time they were declined due to "insufficient funds" because the refund had not yet been applied. It was a panic indicing nightmare but 10c were really helpful and it all got sorted out. I was eventually able to use a different card and got my tickets.Turn this anger into

Myself and others have used AMEX for TicketsToday lotteries in the US without a problem, including for U2 just a few months ago. But who knows.
Looks like people in the results thread are scoring Dublin with AMEX so probably not a widespread issuePost edited by SHZA on0 -

Disappointing that it got to the Europe draw before them addressing it.hippiemom = goodness0 -

Then, of course, the paranoia starts kicking in. 10C states that it DOESN'T MATTER when you submit your request, you'll still have a shot at confirmation if your request is submitted before 2/18, 7am PT. But with all these SNAFU's already happening, who knows.
