    Went to all 3.
    Fuuuuuck.
Also [ sat next to a guy that MS treated like royalty.  Slim guy.  Introduced himself as Malik.  A number of people came up to him, like he was a celebrity.  Had no idea who he was but he was very cool during dinner.  Spoke with him and his date for a while.

Nothing to eat for dinner that I felt like cooking.
    Put out 5 eggs
    Excellent lox
    Avocado
    Cream cheese
    Onion
    Salt
    Pepper

    Couple pieces of sourdough toast.

Damn.  This was a highly successful pantry raid.

Looks good. I didn’t feel like cooking anything either. So I made tuna salad with avocado on a whole wheat everything bagel that I bought this morning from a bagel place that bakes them on the premises. It hit the spot.

Italian meatballs? Grilled salmon? Will any of these fit into your diet? Get well soon. :)

Yeah, I mixed Aloha Soy, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and five spice and coated it (residual still in pan), then coated again with five spice.

I’m going to smoke tomorrow. 48 hours is ideal for skin to dry a bit. I’ll certainly post some throughout the process. Should be good.

Put a fan on it you want that skin to be as dry as possible!
