I'm pretty sure there have been multiple holds near me for 2020, 2022 (I think), and 2023.I tend to agree that it's getting too late to announce anything. Plus, do we know of any other US rumors for May?Ryan said:2006, 2010 and 2022 all had shows in May that were announced in March about six-to-seven weeks before the first show.Logan5five has been spot-on with news before but these could be holds for the spring tour that was planned and then not happening for whatever reason. If the holds are still on venues though that would be odd at this stage they haven’t been removed if they’re not playing. If anything is happening for May I’d guess we get a membership reminder Friday, March 10 and then an announcement either March 13 or 14.
Also, there might be some "UFOs" visiting in early/mid October.2013: London
 2016: Ottawa
 2018: Wrigley 1 & 2
 2022: Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto
 2023: Innings Fest (EV), Ft Worth 1 & 2, Austin 1 & 2
 2024: Seattle 1 & 20

Yeah. Although I hope to be proven wrong, I've never felt very confident of any tour dates this year. They went thru hell just trying to get thru last years tour(s). It didn't seem to me like they'd be too eager to go out and tackle that again immediately.on2legs said:Trying hard not to smash the panic button about a tour this year! 0 0

The "interesting" thing about this is that the tour starts in early July which would go with the possibility of a similar 2013 pre Lightning Bolt run of late spring / early summer shows and then a later fall run. Either way they don't need a huge public lead time to sell tickets. As long as the behind the scenes production stuff is set up they could announce a run of shows a week ahead of time.Gern Blansten said:LOL...they just announced Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa....not sure if that is the big one or not0

If it's the same UFO I think it is, I thought trips to other planets usually were in the spring.
Besides, didn't I hear something about that project taking a long-term hiatus?
Edit...oh, duh. Dave and Co.Presidential Advice from President-Elect Mike McCready: "Are you getting something out of this all encompassing trip?"0
