Errm...clean, uncrowded, not smelly (apart from the wiff of manure), peaceful, green, inhabited by creatures of the wild other then rats and pigeons, scenic, unconfusing, Arcadian, bucolic, agrarian, pastoral, agricultural, backwoods, countrified, unsophisticated, georgic, idyllic, natural, agronomic, provincial, rustic, simple.0 -

and it was really dry last night so any snow would have stuck but I think the rain got rid of it... and now if it snows it won't stick

Well someone's been reading the thesaurus!
Made it in to work today, unlike some SLACKERS i could mention... Bizarrely the trains were running fine today despite the massive 2-3 inches of snow we had/have, must be the lack of people using them that means they can run on time (almost). Bet i get stuck going home having said that...
And to make this posting topical: i like Pearl Jam, and saw Springsteen in Dublin in 1993.
Now... work... or a cuppa... ? Decisions, decisions...Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?0 -

sorry to break it to ya B - but no, I don't have any part in that.
btw. I'd much rather be a princess than a queen, queen makes me sound old! like mother Nature..:D
and you're calling what 2-3 inches of snow an outrage?! *calculates inches into centimeters* ok well, maybe it's a bit much (for you) at one time..

aww, poor Helly.
if ya want snow, hop on a plane and fly over, we've got loads!
I'd send ya some but I don't think it'll hold well in an envelope."Don't be faint-hearted, I have a solution! We shall go and commandeer some small craft, then drift at leisure until we happen upon another ideal place for our waterside supper with riparian entertainments."0 -

exactly... 2-3 inches of snow if fuck all, but it still manages to practically grind the travel system to a halt. it's pathetic. unless you get the day off, or 'work from home' because of itOh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?0 -

2-3 inches... pah!!! thats crap
we had over 3ft once here... it was awesome!!!
EDIT: fuck... i posted in the Dublin threadoh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
