Contacted Ticketmaster regarding Toronto payout. They told me they have to send checks (in Canadian dollars no less) for those who sold tickets to Canadian shows who are US residents. Checks take up to 12 weeks. Just relaying what they told me. (Had entered all pay out and account/tax info as previously prompted.)

Yah, when I was trying to sell my Oakland spares, there wasn't even an option that worked for being Canadian.  I ended up opening a US domiciled bank account, which I can now use to deal with things that will only do business the country where the transaction occurred.  Using the US debit card number I got my Oakland $$ pretty quick after I sold.  I think it was a week or two.

Total pain, with so many of us living close to the US/CAD border, it would be nice if TM could create an option for their portal to just post the credit to your credit card, and let the credit card deal with the FX.

Maybe they don't do it because people cry when they don't get same amount of money back.. lol (ie don't understand how FX and spreads work).

Thanks for the information. I think I sold 5 tickets to three different Canadian shows. Will they automatically send the check. I don’t mind waiting. Or, do I need to contact them and give them additional information. Thanks.

Open a chat with a bot through their website.  Eventually it will be referred to a live agent.  May take a few days but worked for me as a Canadian who sold tickets to Phoenix and TM ended up mailing me a USD cheque.

In your account, on the past events or listings page (I forget which one), there’s a “contact us” tab. Took about 15-16 hours for a person to respond after going back and forth with bot.

I wonder if the Toronto/Hamilton refunds being late has something to do with the F2F lockdown.  Maybe had internal system failure.

Curious, if your sold both around the date of the show?

One TM Toronto order help says “my bank received the money yesterday.”
Another TM rep for my hamilton show says that I purchased the tickets through tickets today (I assume this was 10C) and to contact them - even though you could only resell through TM F2F.

Does anyone have a phone number they they could talk to someone about this with?

I was just coming on here to post the same thing! I've had the most frustrating conversation with a TM chat rep telling me that I need to contact "ticketstoday" for my payment, even though I've received all communication through ticketmaster and sold the tickets on the ticketmaster website,  and confirmed my payment and tax info with them as well!

So lost about what to do, but would love to receive the payment for my 307.00 tickets!

This is the last response I got.

I also got a response for the same account about other tickets that I sold that I need to still verify my bank account with the two deposits. The same account I already got 1 Toronto refund for so obviously that was done.

TM does not have a clue what they are talking about at the best of times. Ticketstoday will be a waste of time as well. Hopefully the above is true and they are doing them in batches and we get them soon.

Seems quite a few folks have received payments for Nashville tickets.  I have not.  Is there anyone else that has not (aside from Canadians as there seems to be a delay there)?

I can tell you that the whole ticketstoday thing is bs. I remember when I had issues selling my extra ga ticket for Hamilton, they told me the same. When I contacted tickets today they told me they didn’t handle it.
