It is pretty ridiculous actually! I sold one for Nashville on September 6th. I have verified my bank account information. I have filled out my correct tax information about 5 times now and they just sent another e-mail stating I needed to fill out the tax information again! And of course as others are stating, there is no way to actually speak with a human being at this company. It is pathetic!
It is hard to get much help from them. I sold 5 tickets to 3 different Canadian shows. I had to send a separate chat for each ticket order. I got several different answers. A few talked about sending me a check in 3 months. One sent me an email saying they deposited a small amount of money in my checking account that I needed to verify. Of course nothing was sent to my checking account. I wrote down on a piece of paper each ticket I sold, the seat information and the order number. I have a feeling I will need this information in 3 months when my checks have not arrived.
Just got my nashville money late last week and yesterday for the 2nd ticket. They were sold at different times. Still waiting on my extra okc money. No issues here.. yet..
I sold QC and Nashville. Just got a payment but assume it's Nashville since Canada seems tough to get paid, but how do I know which show I received $$ for? I got $249 but paid $251.78 for Nashville. I know I'm nitpicking but seems it's always not in my favor.
The extra $2.78 is probably tax that was charged for Nashville.
Been getting a slow trickle of emails today, deposits were in my bank account a few days ago. Betting that there was a large amount of F2F sold closer to show dates that will be backlogged for a while, but at least they're processing.

These muther scratchers just bounced me around to 3 different departments and then hung up. Now, I'm getting a busy signal or a recorded message saying the number isn't available.

Taxes make the world so much better.
Only if you care about having things like roads, police and fire departments, etc

I agree and very much care. If my tickets are sold and taxed again, I should get back what I paid including the tax. Return something to Amazon or others and you get a full refund on taxes. TM plays a game with us.
Just got paid for the rest of my sales. The process was a bit frustrating but in the end it worked out and all my upgrades were cost free. A pretty good system all things considered.
Now because I had to open a USD account to receive payments, I have a nice little slush fund for the next US tour. Bring it on!

is the payout automatic, or do I need to do the small payment thing I did in 2020?
also, I assume if the person that bought the F2F tickets and then requested a refund once the new dates were set I would have received an email? what would the email subject have been??

Except you're not returning your tickets. All sales are final. You're selling them to someone else, who is also paying the tax. TM isn't keeping the tax money, it pays that to the state
