Soooo. I got 2 small deposits into my bank account about an hour ago... Wojld that be them verifying my account? I dodnt receive any emails or anything... ot see anytning on the app that said i had to do anything. Is that them verifying? Do i need to do anything that maybe i am missing?
You’ll need to confirm the amounts on the Ticketmaster website to verify the deposit details.
where on the ticketmaster website do you confirm those deposits? Thanks. @100 Pacer
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, go to the "Payment options" page, click the "Verify Now" button, and enter those amounts in the spaces provided.
Sounds like it is mostly problems from the Canadian shows. That sucks. How long does it usually take for US show tickets from a US resident? I sold a pair for Nashville and just wondered how long it will take. I could use it to pay for all the merch I just bought!

I went through the steps, got the two small deposits and TM site keeps saying they are invalid. So frustrating. This happen to anyone else?
Make sure they are in the correct order maybe you are putting one before the other?
Yep.. tried it both ways numerous times.
Do you have two accounts? Make sure you are on the right TM account maybe. My wife and I have two and we got two different deposits for the separate TM accounts.
I only have the one account. I put in a request for customer service, but that will be useless. It's like they purposely try to make your refund as difficult as possible.
I think the biggest problem is USA selling for Canada and vice versa. The other refunds seem to be going through fine.

Did Canadians have to fill out that extra tax form? It appears to be only for Americans, but it's been 12 days since Hamilton and still nothing. I've even resold tickets from other bands back through ticketmaster and have gotten payment in 7-8 days. I'm just beyond annoyed at this point.

I filled them out. Thought it was a requirement. Also waiting on a single Hamilton payout

Shouldn't have to, though it's better to be safe than sorry. There should have been an option stating something to the effect of "I'm not a US resident" that Canadians could've selected.
