I am still waiting on an Ottawa pair, a Hamilton single, and a Toronto single and pair. Has anyone from the US gotten any Canadian refunds yet?
Hopefully you guys do not have to wait as long as Canadians do for refunds.  My American tics i sold, took 13 weeks to recieve and it was by cheque.

You’ll need to confirm the amounts on the Ticketmaster website to verify the deposit details.
where on the ticketmaster website do you confirm those deposits?  Thanks. @100 Pacer
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, go to the "Payment options" page, click the "Verify Now" button, and enter those amounts in the spaces provided.

    Thank you!!!

I sold my Ottawa tickets months ago and finally got paid the other day. They state in the terms that you will get paid within 10 days of the event.

Sounds like it is mostly problems from the Canadian shows.  That sucks.  How long does it usually take for US show tickets from a US resident?  I sold a pair for Nashville and just wondered how long it will take.  I could use it to pay for all the merch I just bought!

Thanks all. I will stop obsessively checking my bank app. It almost replaced checking for better seats!

I am glad you got paid. Ottawa will be 14 days tomorrow. I hope I get something soon.

  • I went through the steps, got the two small deposits and TM site keeps saying they are invalid.
    So frustrating.
    This happen to anyone else?

Make sure they are in the correct order maybe you are putting one before the other?

Do you have two accounts? Make sure you are on the right TM account maybe. My wife and I have two and we got two different deposits for the separate TM accounts.
  • I only have the one account. I put in a request for customer service, but that will be useless. It's like they purposely try to make your refund as difficult as possible.

I think the biggest problem is USA selling for Canada and vice versa.  The other refunds seem to be going through fine.

Did Canadians have to fill out that extra tax form? It appears to be only for Americans, but it's been 12 days since Hamilton and still nothing.
I've even resold tickets from other bands back through ticketmaster and have gotten payment in 7-8 days. I'm just beyond annoyed at this point.

Shouldn't have to, though it's better to be safe than sorry.  There should have been an option stating something to the effect of "I'm not a US resident" that Canadians could've selected.
  • I sold two pairs of tickets to the Hamilton show, but only got paid for one pair as of yet. I'm Canadian.
