Does anyone think there’s a scenario where only BST (of the Euro tour) proceeds? Factors: outdoors, higher vaccination rate in UK, was sold separately to begin with, and would allow an O2 stop next year with the rest of the indoor shows?
Further North would be better than the O2 if they did do BST 😀

Presumably some sort of statement is going to be made on 10C tickets before the April 1 refund deadline... or extend that deadline? There is no way to know what will be permissible in terms of audience or travel in the next 3 weeks...

I hope so. The only way I'm keeping my tickets is that the tour is rescheduled for 2022. I can't afford extra cost for negative tests for the 2 concerts I have tickets for  and being under 45 and not essential worker makes me not eligible for vaccine before the beggining of the tour

Surely we will hear this week with lots of festivals already being cancelled or rescheduled

The Werchter website suggests they are waiting on some government information, expected in mid-March.  Maybe that means next week.

7 big festivals in Germany (among them Rock am Ring and Hurricane) are canceled for 2021.

Sad, but predictable, and probably there was no choice.

this probably already buries (before the rest of the reports) the Berlin concert on June 23. SO SAD.

I think the band should come out before THE end of March and release the new dates for Europe and the US. I'm turning 40 next spring so I'm hoping for an added show at the MSG.

It really is.  But if we can stay healthy, 2022 will be one heck of a good time.

This x 100. (And the Canadian dates.)

let people know if they need a refund. Then get the released tickets into the system for a new sale date.

Yeah strange. What about „We know you‘d expect a statement, but we are still figuring things out.“

I don’t think they ever discuss tours in newsletters.  But I agree, an update would be nice.

keep them! You may be able to make the 2022 dates and there will be a new refund window.
but I agree that they will probably say something before April

I will for sure keep them but they have to give us the information we need before the chance to get a refund expires...

I agree and hopefully we get communication there one way or the other. I know this full summer tour is not happening but if it did or if the refund policy changed  and we could no longer sell our refund our 10C tickets that would be a huge hit financially for some of us.

I am confident they will provide an update before April 1.  I am also confident it will be depressing, but not surprising, news.

If they include new dates for 2022 I won’t be depressed at all tbh. I‘ve already accepted we won’t have a tour this year so getting new dates straight away would be great.

They probably need the festivals to give up before they can cancel entirely.  At the festivals they are the entertainers, not the organizers.  The writing is obviously on the wall.
