    That's a positive.  I'm in Indiana but I assume that is nationwide. 
    I think that’s dumb. If you don’t know how to properly use the mail system, don’t use a mail ballot. That being said, just a couple months ago my wife asked why I put the reg flag up, I looked at her and was like seriously, you don’t know?
    But a lot of people don’t check their mail every day. So now the mailman has to dig through and see if there’s a ballot in the mix of mail? I’m assuming he’s stopping at every mail box anyway, I don’t get 1 day without some sort of junk.
