    I like the pick and think we are going to see a much more "present" VP than we do with Pence. I think the dems are taking the gamble that Kamala will be able to prove herself as a very up front VP, more so than we've seen since Cheney, although nothing like Cheney. This would definitely be Biden's only term so they wouldn't be coasting for 3.5 years and ignoring issues. We could actually see a highly effective presidency, not run by the children and in-laws of the President, knowing they need Kamala to step up in 4 years and take the reigns.

    I can't wait for the conspiracy stories about how the DNC will give Joe a Kevorkian style ending near year 3 so Kamala can build her case as a viable POTUS come election time.

    1. The coronoavirus was solved and over in May until Soros and the progressives sent their henchman out to riot, loot and keep it going. Blame those slaughtering hundreds of thousands so they can win an election, not Trump. He's not a scientist. Its not his place to fix a man made disease. Handling was fine amd it was fixed once. Blood is on the hands of the progressives here.

    2. America is like the least of the world's pollution problems. See China, Russia (hello Chernobyl) and some 3rd or developing world asian countries. Take up your grievances with them. We still have the EPA and plenty of laws. Opting out if the Paris  Agreement was actually brilliant. 

    3. He is kind of emabrassment, but thats better than letting the socialist/fascist/commie bastards take over.

    4. The world I refer to is all these people that abuse the free handouts. If the progressives had it their way we would do the jobs they told us, collect our bread, and rely on them for medical. Fuck that. Not my america, maybe world was the wrong word choice. But the agenda of the left has a strong similarity pattern to Nazi Germany (google useful idiots, it perfectly describes the lefts goals amd their followers) and i dont trust soros or the Clinton's and that whole gang they could aim for world domination if they can get America. 

    5. Real job: a career. There are too many adults that think working part time jobs made for teenagers are real jobs. They aren't, they are jobs for kids to learn at. 

    6. TDS: Trump Derangement Syndrome. Those who just blame trump even if he has nothing to do with it. Just Google it.

    i definitely think that this is going to groom harris to be the standard bearer of the party for the next 20 years. i think she is up to the task, and as tbergs said, she will be much more present.

    if something happens to biden, if he gets sick or has to spend a few days in the hospital for some reason, she is the president for that period of time. i think she will do a great job if she has to step up in that situation.

    you get obama on the trail campaigning with this ticket and it is all over. trump will have no chance other than if he cheats, which we all know he will.

    the thing about biden, is he will listen to his base and his base can pull him to the left if need be. that is the great thing about having a young vice president. she will have significant influence, otherwise she would not have accepted the invitation and just continued her work in the senate.
