    I think we gained five pounds each
    National Ice Cream Day, so we finished the lardo meal with bowls of ice cream.  :lol:

    Cut up potatoes left to fry from yesterday.
    What to make?

    How about a Primanti Bros style Sammie?

    Pan seared turkey
    Cheese
    Fries
    Slaw
    Tomato

    Didn't have fresh Italian bread but had some Amoroso club rolls.

    WowZer 
    Would be fat as hell if I ate like this regularly but it was really good.

    Yeah...its a Pet Nat Rose which seems to be all the rage these days.  I can get down with it.

    It was Tuna.  Grill wasn't quite hot enough, but the inside was pretty much perfectly medium rare

    That's what I'm talking about it. Love it on a Kaiser. This looks like the breakfast sammies at one of favorite spots down the shore. Good stuff.
