What've I Done To Help is also really good. Very optimistic about this album.
Yup, it's good. I like Be Afraid a lot more, but the new tune is solid.
I do, too. Even though this one doesn't rock quite as much, it has a good groove and I dig the guitar at the end.

Nothing that I dislike otherwise though. Dig the little twist on his sound and it’s a cool jam.

I'm going to try not to listen to this song. I really don't like this new idea of releasing 3-5 tracks prior to an album release, even though everyone seems to do it now. Just takes away from listening to the new album when there are only a few tracks you've never heard.

Still have the VMP as well as my original order (red/black swirl i think?) coming. First time I’ll have 3 copies of a non PJ album!

Man, I can't wait. Supposed to be here Tuesday. The place I ordered from didn't mention the litho but I hope it's included.
  • DewieCoxDewieCox Posts: 11,411
Dang, I wanted the Red Eye litho.

Another home run. Probably his strongest album melodically and more of an influence on his sleeve approach than anything before.

What’ve I Done To Help works surprisingly well as an opener. Sets the tone for a pretty briskly paced album.

Pre-ordered from an indie in Austin. I live an hour from there. Latest USPS update shows it has arrived in Cincinnati. The routing doesn't make sense to me but I'm supposed to get it on Thursday. Lol, I guess.

The album is fucking great. I've listened to it 5 times in the last 24 hours and it just gets better with each listen. Just my $0.02....no spoilers. Enjoy, all!

Like most Isbell vinyl, pretty dang nice  but not quite mind blowing. Every step in the chain is done well so the end result generally has quite a bit going for it.
