Some call for certain samples to be taken and other work usually done by contractors and consultants...and since trying to limit visitors into manufacturing places, it's easy to make the choice to delay. Hazardous waste requires weekly inspection of onsite storage...hazardous waste must be shipped out every 90 days (if large generator) but some vendors not working and others barred access. I wonder how long before OSHA relaxes fit testing requirements for respirators for the time being? They've already allowed respirator filters to be used beyond their normal use period...because in general they are way too stringent anyhow, especially just PM filters.
