    If the screen comes up saying “sit tight, we’re securing your verified tickets” and it’s like that for minutes, I assume we should give up right? Tickets are probably gone already?

    I’m getting stuck there every time, even if I click on the tickets the second they become available.

    I even got an OTP on my phone to buy them, but lost them at the last step. Frustrating!

    I think you have to add a bank account?  IE I don't think it can refund to a credit card, because it's more like to you sold them.   I read some people had troubles using their debit card number, so manually entered their transit/account # to make it work.

    Trying to be helpful because I would love to buy your tickets :)

    Does anyone know if its possible to search so that all available tickets show up? Right now when I click on a city it defaults to searching for 2 tickets. I can change to search for 1 ticket but any pairs will disappear. Ideally I'd like to get a pair but if a single GA or really good seat shows up I'd jump on it, but having to re-filter every time will probably hinder my chances of getting a one.

    TM telling me I cannot sell tickets to a show in the US without a US bank account. Whoops.

    Hi - I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but how are you getting notified the second they become available?  I have been randomly refreshing the Baltimore concert from the main TM page, and saw those two tickets that I thought I had until I got stuck in TM limbo!  Thank you!

    We haven’t been getting notified. We are refreshing over and over all day.
