    I'll add more to this.  There is no faucet to "open".  It works off of a push button system.  Push button and water comes out.  It is rare for them to break and even more rare for both sides to break.  Like, really rare.

    I have no idea who is right or is misrepresenting here I am just pointing out what I know about a stupid prison combi toilet.
    Water comes out of a faucet. If it is a push button operation and you push the button and nothing comes out of the faucet it doesn't work.  Opening the faucet would either be done by turning/moving a handle or pushing a button right?

    Forgive me for my ignorance. Are these prisons or detention centers? I’m surprised the Trump administration doesn’t just set out bowls like dogs and have Homeland Security take them on walks for bathroom breaks. The way they are treating these people is despicable on so many levels. And for ANYONE to defend this act should be the ones locked up. This guy says he drank out of the toilet and it was good?
